So so hotel. Pros were great views from the windows. Good location. Cons. Mold all over the shower cubicle. You could smell it. The lift broke down several times. Breakfast was mediocre. They ran out of coffee within 1/2 hour of opening for breakfast and didn’t replace it.

Beautiful hotel. On the 4th floor (top floor) where we were, all rooms faced the sea. I assume that all the other floors were likewise. We got upgraded to a spacious suite - nice. 2 large floor to ceiling windows gave unobstructed views of the sea. We got views of sunrise and sunset, simply lovely. Breakfast was at the Bean Gastro Pub on the ground floor - simple but adequate. The seafront promenade is just across a 2-lane road in front of the hotel. Was definitely a great stay.

We arrived around 2:00 am after a tiring journey from Cappadocia and wanted a quick bite, so the kindest hotel receptionist assisted in ordering food through the app, which they delivered to our room in 30 minutes. The exceptional hospitality ensued throughout our stay, including room service, replenishing unlimited bottled water, and providing a take-away breakfast for an early day tour. The breakfast is served at the restaurant on the ground floor by the sea, and it was sumptuous. A truly boutique property with well-appointed sea-facing rooms & a spacious balcony to indulge in the breathtaking view. With several bars, pubs, restaurants, and shops in the vicinity, it gets busier at night and spoils you with choices. We stayed here for 2 nights only per our holiday package, and regret not staying any longer.

This beachfront hotel was in a great location, surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay here and would have loved to stay longer—Kusadasi is a beautiful place. The staff were friendly, and we had excellent WiFi throughout our stay. However, there was an issue with the sleeping arrangements: we had two single beds and a small cot, which was too uncomfortable for an adult. We had to push the two single beds together to accommodate all three of us. Given that the hotel doesn’t provide three proper beds, we suggest offering an option with two queen-sized beds or a better-quality cot bed

It is a nice hotel our guided tour provided and every room has a balcony to see the crystal clear sea and busy port where at least 3–4 big cruise ships coming everyday. Seafood restaurant Kule, Pirate (Pigeon) island/castle near the hotel. There is a short sunset cruise for like $3 from that island, great deal. Otherwise, staff are pretty responsive, good location as you can easily do day tour to Ephesus and Pamukkale. As any other port town and cruise ships, price for restaurant is among the highest, included breakfast from hotel is just fair (at least make your belly full). Other reviewers mentioned noise of dance music at night is true.

We had ordered a room for 3. The 3rd bed was by far the worst one I have stayed in all of Turkey. We had to request shampoo/conditioner hence there was none. The hotel is beautiful. The views amazing. However no way I would had wished to stay more than one night on that disappointing bed. Two THUMBS DOWN. 👎🏼👎🏼

I recently stayed for 3 nights in a twin with a fabulous sea-view.The room was spacious with a good bathroom. Be aware that there is a busy bar underneath the hotel, & although closing the balcony doors cut out most of the noise - it appears almost everyone in Turkey smokes which is impossible to get away from! The breakfast is a basic offering with paper cups for juice & coffee. I would rate this a 3* plus hotel not a 4* as advertised. The hotel is on the main road through Kusadasi & is a very short walk to the restaurants. Be aware huge cruise ships seem to visit the town daily & add to the large volume of visitors making the trip to Ephesus & Pamukale.

Great view of the sea from our balcony (standard room on 3rd floor) where we could see sunset and sunrise. Lovely interior and exterior. Breakfast spread was limited but edible. Friendly staff. Music from the pub/restaurant downstairs didn't disturb our sleep. (We spent Sunday and Monday night here and went to bed around 1030-11pm).

Pros:
Excellent location, minutes walk to the castle, shopping and food. Wonderful service staff, and beautiful sea view. We had the deluxe room, which was a luxurious and comfortable experience with multiple seating space inside the room and at the balcony, and a nice jacuzzi tub.

Cons:
Blanket was abit small and thin, and breakfast spread was less optimal compared to the rest of hotels we stayed at.
