Marti Prime Beach Hotel in Kusadasi

We had a room that was not up to standard. They finally moved us to another room that wasn't much better the bathroom had no hot water hadn't been cleaned properly the door handle on the bathroom was falling off the fridge didn't work, dirty sheets on the bed the food was bland and no variety same choice every day. The gym advertised wasn't there. I had to ask several times for toilet paper the tv in the room had no English language channels also the towels where like sand paper the electrics bathroom unsafe only one light working out of 3 spot lights dirty shower leaking leaking water one main plug in the room and bedside lights not working. I tried to get on touch with the travel rep still waiting to see her some of the reception staff where helpful but limited with the help they could offer on the hole a bad experience at the hotel

Worst hotel ever! Beware it's not a 4 star hotel, it's not even a two star. The room was dirty and full of mosquitoes. The bathroom was also dirty with the door handle hanging. Breakfast was just normal, not much variety, minibar and the phone in the room were also not working. There was dust on the lights and lastly the person sitting on reception was not helping or friendly. The water stopped while in shower and it didn't come for almost an hour. Warm water comes for only 2 minutes and stops afterwards. So if you are expecting a 4 star experience just forget it, spend a bit more and find a better hotel. The beach is easily accessible from any other hotels too so don't book this hotel just because of the beach.

Marti beach hotel is no longer what it was 2 years ago . The more acutely they felt the lack of places on the beach (pontoon). The pictures on the website are not updated . So even here you see that I don't have a place to stay the other half of the dock being rented by paying an entry fee .One over the other if you wake up at 5

otherwise...... stay without .(not to mention about food that is abundant in leafy greens) A LARGE SPIKE wouldn't come here

on arrival to the Hotel it hies, " WHY ARE YOU HERE ; WHY ARE YOU COME "

Cleanliness is a foreign word, not a single Cutlery or plate was clean ; from the stench, I want to talk first, not at all, haven't eaten in two days, only outside, and I drank as in the Hotel case, got
the food from the previous day is in the next day with cooked / baked
in the case of the abreisse I should pay for the empty fridge upon arrival ( they are in the mini-bar )
