Neopol Hotel Deluxe in Kusadasi

Great hotel with good service. Fantastic pool with sea view. Delicious restaurant and fast (cheap) taxi service to the city (10 tla). Rooms are like a 5 ***** Hotel with nice shower, big bed and a minibar with cooled water. Great when you arrive with 38C°. Definitely we will recommend this luxury holiday spot to our friends and family. A great relaxing escape

Amazing place! Super clean! Great breathtaking view! Very nice staff. I am going there every year ?. Food is nice . We tried the chicken fingers and the beer plate , chicken panini . All were yummy! We had a car so we didnt mind the location. Its on a small mountain and its hard to walk to the shops near by specially when coming back! They dont have an elevator so i recommend that if you go with children, strollers and lots of luggage to take the rooms by the pool as it is more convenient . I really LOVE IT. I give it 10 out of 10.

Not bad. Fixtures and fittings were of very poor quality and the restaurant could lift their game. Fairly poor service for that, and didn't offer any juice or water during breakfast. A little bit out of town, so be prepared to drive or taxi in to local restaurants.

Very nice and helpful staff, amazing views, great buffet breakfast, but weird bathroom door for the room and hard to get to the hotel itself since it's on top of a steep hill.

Water in the shower does not get warm (and we came in October). And their sad breakfast is a single plate with no options for each guest and margarine instead of butter. I give 4* only because we stayed for one night and it was comparatively clean and nice location with the view. I would not stay for a longer period

It is a very nice facility with great view, clean and fancy pool and nice rooms, staff were friendly as well. Food was just ok and usually you had to wait for a very long time to get your order, dinner was very ordinary I wish they would serve better authentic Turkish food.
The bar at the pool was very enjoyable however the cocktails were not good at all.

Overall we enjoyed our stay mainly because of the amazing view

Stunning views, great dinner. Room was not perfect clean, but is okay, A/C was working not fully. Personal was friendly. In overall I've enjoyed staying here. Pool at this period was not working, but seems like it should be really nice. Has parking
