I stayed at Signature Blue Resort, Kusadasi (Turkey), on 14 August 2025 for one night, was on a business trip. Regrettably, the hotel’s room condition and overall experience were very poor and unacceptable. At check-in I was assigned an accessible room with a very strong sewage odor and a wet floor with hair scattered around. After requesting a change at the reception, I was moved to another guest room, but that room was equally unsatisfactory. I have attached photographs that illustrate the issues / Room condition was extremely poor and Unhygienic. : Torn/worn towels with bad odor Duvet cover and bedsheets stained with holes Mold in the shower cubicle Hair on the floor and on the bed sheet Dirty socks found in the cupboard; the stateroom attendant apologized and removed them Floor was completely wet in the room and in the hallway; housekeeping appeared to be using plain water and a dirty mop Bathroom had strong sewage odor Frankly, the room felt more like a roadside motel.

I'm here now. My first full day and I'm pretty shocked to be honest! I arrived late last night and the only food available from 11pm to midnight was soup and bread with no butter. They did bring a plate to my room with turkish meze types on but I didn't like it so had to pay and order room service. I was told there was live music on at the beach bar. It was Just some bloke sat by a laptop on you tube with a mic which he never sang into once! Can't wait for tonight! If you are looking to be entertained in the day and night then don't come here. Nothing goes on. Don't get me wrong I have a lovely room but balcony tiny. I am also the only English person here! Tiny bit of beach and no outdoor pool. This is definitely not 5 star! The drinks are awful. The cocktail list is appalling. Can't even get a basic pina colada! No prosecco or fizzy wine, I've stayed in many 5 star hotels in turkey and you can always get a glass of fizz.... not this one. Food- hardly any choice. I am shocked at how little choice there is. And to top everything off I just went to the snack bar and all they have is chips, nuggets onion rings and nuggets. Oh and a pizza..... the guy made if for me and I actually laughed at it when it came out. No sauce on it and a tiny bit of grated cheese that wasn't even melted. Worse pizza I've ever had. Making Pizza ain't rocket science. I'd be embarrassed if I served that up to someone. I am only staying 4 nights here thank god. If it was any longer I'd definitely check in to a different hotel. Um seriously thinking of staying somewhere else tomorrow night. I've still got 3 nights left. Wish me luck. I might die of boredom! Currently the only person in the bar.

Absolutely not more than a 2 star hotel. The beach if you could call it a beach, as it was very small and you had to take pot luck you could get a bed. The canteen, which it was, not a restaurant, served the same food every day and was very basic and boring. The evening atmosphere was non existent and if we had not been with friends I’m not sure what we would have done in the evenings. Our room had a broken toilet seat on arrival and although someone did come to fix it, he couldn’t so left it as it was. We had no tea or milk in our room for 2 days and in the 3rd day it was finally left. There were 3 lifts, 2 had a limit of 2 people which if you had 2 cases you could not get in, the larger lift only took 4 people and the alarm went off if more tried to get in. The canteen! was on the 8th floor so you can imagine the queues when the lifts stopped which they did on a number of occasions. It was ok walking down but there was no bannister to hold onto and it was a spiral staircase, walking up to the 8th floor from the beach area is unacceptable. Air conditioning in the foyer was not on and we had to ask them to put it on in the evenings when having a drink as it was getting hotter and hotter. It’s a shame we had a bad experience and only thankful the eight of us were only there for 3 nights otherwise we would have moved hotels. Definitely do not recommend.

That this hotel is rated as a five star resort is a joke. It is nothing more than a basic hotel. There are no facilities apart from a tiny beach and an indoor pool. The beach is severely overcrowded and the pool hardly ever used. Apart from the beach there is NO OUTSIDE SPACE TO RELAX. The rooms were actually quite nice and the cleaner on our floor worked very hard all day every day. Some other staff were quite good, others to say the least indifferent. Whilst the food was quite acceptable, the dining area is more like a school canteen than a restaurant and one evening it was totally overrun with staff waiting to board a Tui cruise ship. The biggest joke of all were the lifts! Three lifts two with allegedly four person capacity and one with six, but if four people got in the biggest one the alarm sounded, but that was only when the lifts were working, which on numerous occasions they were not. One morning NO LIFTS WERE WORKING!!!! Totally unacceptable for an hotel with twelve floors and approximately 100 rooms.

From arrival to departure, the hotel exuded warmth and hospitality. The staff were consistently friendly and kind, making me feel genuinely welcome. Melisa at the front desk was great! Special thanks to the staff, especially Sahin and his top-notch cocktails! Aziz's attentiveness and hard work as well as Hasan and Tugi's humour and charm made each evening a highlight. Can't wait to return!

This is a 2 star hotel. The food was cold every night .The coffee was vile the food was the same most nights.The highchairs in the dining room are dirty they have the cheek to put a black bin bag on the trays of the children highchairs. you wouldnt put a cat in the high chairs. They use the same colthes to wipe ever think they need to wipe down .there was no cleaning product was ever used .on the table.The dining room chairs are dirty and need a good clean. The gym is laughable.The floors in reception area are dirty and need a good mop.l sat down one night on a chair in the over priced bar in black trouser to get up covered in cats hairs. The cleaners for the rooms are different .They clean the rooms and put clean towels everyday. the beds are made but would like to see the floor mop and mirrows cleaned This has to be by the far worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Someone need to check this hotel and change the stay rating.ASAP

Hotel was really nice- great upgrade from another hotel that was staying at. Good facilities, indoor pool (although the gym was really dated and could do with some attention). There’s access to the beach from the lower ground floor, and the all inclusive restaurant is located on the 8th floor boasting good food with a great view. Staff were amazing and friendly, including house keeping, which you could communicate to view the switches by the door. Overall 8/10

No hot water in showers , full week gettin told it would be fixed tomorrow, food was very limited and cold every evening, I complained to chef but was ignored , location was ok , 10 minute drive to centre , staff were pleasant and rooms were nice , but with cold showers and cold food I’d advice to stay clear
