A decent hotel on the seashore with good service and a great view of the bay. Quiet, peaceful, and delicious.

A good hotel for a summer vacation, with indoor and outdoor pools, a beachfront location, and plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection. It's not ideal for business trips in the winter: the rooms are cold and only have air conditioning. There was no chair in the room. The tabletops and nightstands are made of stone and are very cold.

The best of Kuşadası

It’s my third time at this hotel and the only thing I can say is that I will always recommend this hotel to anyone that asks. The staff at the hotel, in the bar and even the staff at the water sports are so lovely and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and welcoming.

They have nice activities at the hotel, such as a lovely water sport with a person guide that’s so sweet and funny. He makes the experience so down to earth and makes sure that you are comfortable in Parasailing or Jetski.

So thank you to the hotel staff and managers and specially thank you to the water sports guys Berkay and Matt for making the experience so nice!

This is by far the best hotel during our tour. It has a nice pool and facilities. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer but our tour was stupid.

We found this hotel last minute and I am so glad we did. It was brilliant in every way! The staff, the room, the views, location and wow the variety of food available at the buffet was exceptional! It was a luxury very of a buffet where they also had a cooking station that changed each day/night.

Erdem Bey and Hayati Bey looked after this and their service was next level.

We met so many people that have come back to this resort for 15+ years and I can see why.

We enjoyed our stay at Charisma Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view to the ocean. We loved the beach and pool area, as well as the breakfast.

Stayed at the Charisma De Luxe Hotel in Kuşadası and overall had a really good experience. The standout is the setting—gorgeous, sweeping views of the water from around the property, especially by the pools. It’s very kid-friendly, with great swimming pools that kept the little ones happy for hours. The rooms were okay—clean and functional, but fairly standard and not as impressive as the views. If you’re coming for luxury rooms, temper expectations; if you’re coming for the scenery and pool time with the family, this place delivers.

By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I want to go back so badly! It’s absolutely beautiful. Views are gorgeous and the breakfast and dinner buffets had many options and each was equally as tasty as the other.

I found staff to be welcoming and polite. The gym is huge! Never been to a hotel with a gym as big as this one. I also paid for the spa and the experience was worth it. I would take advantage of the spa. The hotel is close to the center of town so you can have a leisurely walk to explore. They have a Starbucks at the hotel that has breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. I would recommend a room with a balcony so you can take in the sea breeze.

There were other food options other than the hotel buffet but I did not try those. I am gluten free and they did have many gluten free options as the food is labeled at the buffet tables but I did find some items to be labeled GF that I know were not.

I enjoyed hanging by the pool and sunbathing.

We had a wonderful family stay at Charisma Hotel and would definitely return! We traveled with our 8-month-old baby and my 84-year-old grandfather in a wheelchair, and the hotel was very accommodating for all generations.

The food was excellent – not too many options, but everything was prepared with great care, high quality, and delicious taste. The half-board option was totally sufficient for us and left nothing to be desired.

The pool area is fun, and the sea access is beautiful with clear water and great swimming. The Spa area is exceptional, one of the best we’ve experienced, and we especially enjoyed the opportunity for late-night swimming until 10 PM. Short walking distances within the hotel made it easy and comfortable, even with a stroller and a wheelchair.

The only minor downside was that the beach bar prices felt a bit high, but that didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

A heartfelt thanks to Erdem and Kerem, who were outstandingly helpful, warm, and friendly. They truly went above and beyond. In general, the entire staff was kind, attentive, and professional.

A perfect place for a relaxing, high-quality family holiday. Highly recommended!
