Located along the Aegean coast, Ephesia Holiday Beach Club offers a private sandy beach, 5 swimming pools and 2 big water-slides. The property includes 3 restaurants, a spa center and air-conditioned rooms.

There is a lunapark for 0-12 ages, and also a mini club for 4-12 ages. A heated kids' pool for 2-6 ages is also offered for younger guests.

The rooms are tastefully decorated to create a comfortable setting. All rooms come with a balcony or terrace and some of them feature stunning views of the sea.

Dining options include Nautilus fish restaurant serving dinner with sea views. Delicious dishes of Italian cuisine can be enjoyed at La Veranda whereas Turkish and international cuisines are served by the main Sunset Restaurant. Chinese cuisine can be enjoyed at à la carte restaurant as well. The bars offer a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks and fruit cocktails.

The spa center includes a Turkish bath and a sauna for relaxation. Fitness center and a tennis court are also available on site for the sports-minded guests.

Kusadasi city center is 4.3 mi away with restaurants, shops and popular bars. Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport is 53 mi away.

Pleasantly surprised! Excellent resort. We went on a last-minute trip without too many expectations and came back with smiles on our faces and wonderful memories. The sea is definitely not its strong point, but it has everything you need to relax and have fun, for adults and children alike. Good food, pleasant staff and lots to see in the surrounding area. We'll be back soon.

We stayed at Ephesia as a group of four (actually five 🤰) in May, and it was beautiful. A great hotel with large, comfortable rooms. Plenty of opportunities to spend time and a wide choice of pools. Wonderful animations and evening activities. Very good food and a large selection in the restaurant. The only downside was that the bartenders did not speak English very well, which made communication a bit difficult. We would like to sincerely thank Erol for the conversations, the lovely experiences at the bar, and the great care. Special thanks for the amazing animations and fantastic fun to: DJ, Rio, Ronnie, Ferry, and Tiril. You are wonderful! We will definitely come back in a larger group with our baby! ☺️

Amazing hotel with incredible and wonderful staff and great views.However the greatest part of this is what the animators and barman’s have done to create fantastic atmosphere and experience for the entire audience. Especially the Rio,Ronnie,Ferry,Tirtil,Melly, Barney,Tweety as well as incredible barmans such as Onar and other co-workers. They are creating unforgettable moments . That’s the best people of all time we love all of them and people as well as us we will never forget about them .Thanks for them we have spend the best time together and as well as incredible and we create unforgettable memories which are hard to forget about we were feeling like a part of turkey family with them. We are willing to go back there and spend one more day with amazing people and create another special memories which we won’t forget. As I’m a disabled person I felt like a normal person and a whole family we felt like VIP with them . We love the hotel, food, view, atmosphere and amazing staff which creates the best atmosphere and experience for us all to enjoy and to be able to experience all of the amazing places, including, parties, festivals or events that were felt like apart of team. Thank you so much for incredible holiday and memories that were made there.

What an amazing place. It was like a heaven and our favourite place to return. Rooms were comfy and spotlessly clean, service friendly and quick. We used La Veranda restaurant and were served by Ibrahim who ensured everything was just perfect.

Beach was so lovely and clean and just a couple of minutes walk. Swim up rooms were definitely a must, though we were using all the other swimming pools as well. All spotless and clean.

The only thing I would suggest to improve would be an ice cream stall opened since the morning till late in the afternoon. Opening times 14:30-17:00 for small ice lollies is a letdown.

I stayed at this hotel from 11/8/25-18/8/25 and it was very disappointing, I never write reviews but in this case will make a exception, I stayed with my 6 year old daughter and it was terrible, most of the staff were rude (except the entertainment team who were excellent) we were one of a handful of English people and I have to say the other guests were rude, I have never felt so isolated in all my life, we were both constantly sick and lost a day out of the seven because of it, I would not recommend you stay here unless there’s a very large group of you going, my daughter didn’t speak to another child the whole time we were there, we paid a decent amount and I have to say I feel completely ripped off, the only saving grace was the fact it was my daughters first time abroad and she was happy to just play in splash zone and pool and didn’t really notice the behaviour of the other guests, they were like animals and that’s being polite, as soon as they knew we were English you could see the hostility on their faces, I am writing this to save any other brits the treatment we received, honestly would rather have had a week in Clacton, I have been turkey twice before and it was great, I was so relieved to get to the boarding gate and be back amongst, helpful, polite people with manners. IF YOU ARE BRITISH avoid this place at all costs, I’ve never been all inclusive before as I like to go out but as I was with my 6 year old I thought it would be best, she was sick the whole time and for some reason at night the dining area smelt like a toilet, by the 4th night I was dreading eating there but were not really any other options as I didn’t want to drag my daughter out, the shows of a night were good but again spoiled by rude guests, I didn’t speak to another adult basically all week, very rude people

I stayed at this hotel for a family holiday with my children and nephew, and what happened was truly horrifying. While the kids were walking around the hotel grounds, a random man climbed the hotel gates and physically attacked my child and my nephew. This alone proves the hotel has no effective perimeter security in place.

Even worse, when someone raised the alarm, it took hotel staff over 15 minutes to respond. In a situation involving a physical assault on children, that delay is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of preparedness or urgency.

When my sister asked hotel security to call the police, they refused, claiming it wasn’t necessary. That is absolutely outrageous. Any responsible establishment would have contacted law enforcement immediately.

This is clearly not a safe environment for families. There is a complete failure of basic security, an inadequate emergency response, and a concerning attitude from staff about the seriousness of the incident. I had to ask security again and again to call the police.

If you care about your family’s safety, avoid this hotel at all costs.

Unsafe for Families – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share our experience for the safety of other families.

During our recent stay, not only was the food extremely disappointing (poor quality, bland, and nowhere near what you’d expect from a hotel of this level), but we also experienced a terrifying safety incident. Someone was able to easily jump the gate and approach the children’s area. This individual had direct access to our kids before we could intervene. The thought that this person could have been armed is horrifying, and what’s worse, it took security almost 15 minutes to arrive after we called for help. By that time, the person had easily disappeared.

This is absolutely unacceptable. Families should feel safe when staying at a hotel, and children should never be put at risk because of inadequate security measures. The fact that it was so easy for someone to get onto the property raises serious concerns about the overall safety of this establishment.

I strongly urge management to take immediate action to address the security gaps. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone—especially those traveling with children.
