Description

Yuvam Prime Beach Hotel is a modest 3-star property located just 20 meters from its own sandy-pebble beach, offering free sun loungers and umbrellas along a 100-meter shoreline. The hotel has 50 rooms in a single five-story building, including Quadruple Family rooms, Standard Triple rooms, and Penthouse Deluxe Double Suites. Facilities include an open-air pool with a children's section, a bar, a buffet restaurant serving local and international dishes, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Guests can also use the laundry, fax, and photocopy services. The hotel positions itself as a budget-friendly option suitable for families but has mixed reviews about breakfast and noise levels, partly due to an on-site Irish pub. Pets are not allowed, and check-in starts at 14:00 with check-out by noon.

Location

Situated in the Siteler neighborhood of Marmaris, the hotel is about 1 km from the city center, providing convenient access to local cafes, restaurants, and shops. The nearest airport is Dalaman International Airport (DLM), approximately 48 km away. The Marmaris Castle Museum, a 16th-century Ottoman fortress, is 2.1 km from the hotel, offering a cultural excursion opportunity. IL PRIMO Restaurant, rated 9/10, is just 229 meters away for additional dining options. The hotel’s beachfront location means the private beach is only 10 meters from the lobby, making it easy to enjoy water sports available on the beach for an additional fee.

Tips

  • If you are sensitive to noise or traveling with young children, request a room far from the Irish pub to avoid late-night disturbances.
  • Consider bringing bottled water for the beach since the beach management restricts outside drinks.
  • Since breakfast is basic and not included, you might want to explore nearby restaurants such as IL PRIMO for more varied options.

When we first arrived at the hotel we booked through Jolly Tour, they told us our reservation wasn't showing up and told us to call and cancel it. We sat in the lobby for a while, then we left and looked at neighboring hotels to see what we could do. When I called the tour company, they said the hotel seemed to have plenty of availability, they said they would contact them immediately. When Jolly Tour called, they somehow fixed the hotel reservation, we waited in vain for 2 hours, and when I asked how they fixed it, they said they removed another customer from the room and brought it to yours. Although it didn't sound very convincing, they then treated many customers who came after us in the same way, I guess they don't accept Turkish customers. That's the problem. They are so unprofessional that we booked the restaurant with breakfast included. The breakfast is disgusting, filthy, disgusting, there's no breakfast to speak of, 1000 witnesses tea, nothing to speak of. We left without breakfast on the second day. The room was very nice and the view was nice, but it was cleaned every day. Cleaning is nice, but as a business, it is very mediocre.

I think the hotel is average; the breakfast is very chaotic; I think it's run by another company. There's tea, but I couldn't find any water at breakfast. No one was interested or helpful. The cleaning ladies were very attentive and friendly. I stayed in a room with a partial sea view, and it was fine that way. The balcony was comfortable. The management of the beach, with which it has a contract, was poor. You're not allowed to drink even the bottle of water you bring with you; you have to buy everything from the company that runs it. The prices were generally high.

Need to finish upgrades such as having the bathroom door stay open and not held by the hairdryer cord.

Very noisy
The hotel has got a kind of a pub. Actually it's worse than a pub with noise all night long. You can not sleep until around 3 am. And people drunk shouting dancing and god knows what else. So if you are travelling with kids and family it is not at all family friendly. Very small lift and the breakfast is limited to tomatoes, cucumber, boiled eggs, cheese rolls and juice from concentrate and coffee is only instant. Their restaurant sells pork and bacon for breakfast.
Not recommended for families.

we couldn't sleep all night and woke up at 5 am because of the noise and discussion and work of the employees, the kitchen is located at the ground floor but it feels like it is in your room at the first floor. will NEVER stay again!

Great hotel!

Please beware of the establishment ‘Irish Pub’ connected to this hotel.
The ambience in this bar is very good. The personnel is attentive and creates a festive atmosphere.
However, when ordering a few different drinks a malpractice was discovered. They serve various drinks in original bottles which are already opened and have the ‘best before’ date scraped off. In these bottles a less than mediocre replacement drink is served which tastes significantly worse. When confronting the staff with this they insisted we must be mistaken and they suggested our “taste buds were broken”. Never, in all my travels, have I ever encountered such a blatant tourist scam.

I have never stayed at a worse hotel! The rooms are old and after 2100 you feel a crazy loud party is going on in your room with horrible music from the pub below
Location and views are good but I would rather enjoy them from a nice cafe or the beach than a decadent stuffy room
I am positively surprised I could even post this review with their horrible wifi speed too...
