This hotel is 10/10 for prices , excellent clean spacious rooms. With all extra facilities. Fridge / kettle accessories ect. Fantastic food / breakfast on offer . Very close to the beach . No noise . You’ll sleep 😴 so good. Wonderful hosts . They will help with anything you. I’ve stayed here numerous times , each time gets better .

The room was big and had only one AC which was small so it took a long time to cool down the room, also the bathroom didn't have an air extractor which was very bad

Clean and comfortable room with good hot shower and wifi. Looked like recently renovated with quite new furniture. However the pillows were twice as thick as anyone should feel comfortable. Eventually I used a sofa padding/cushion, which was thick already, for pillow.
Although the room was facing the junction outside, it was surprisingly quiet at night. We could still find a space to park our car further down the road. But parking could be a serious headache in peak seasons.
The location of the hotel is just a little out of the touristic area but walkable even to the marina.
Overall I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was honestly a really good and suitable hotel for families and solo trips, the workers were really helpful and friendly. Very cheap and affordable . The rooms are really clean and, there were no problems either when I was there. They gave us a really big room because we were a family of six, they made us
feel welcome and safe. There was a cafe and
bar and air conditioning. I definitely feel like this
hotel was amazing as the quality and price of
was amazing. I definitely recommend this place if your looking for something for something affordable. Will come back here in the future if I do.

Excellent hotel.
Excellent location away from the beach clubs so you can have a peaceful night's sleep.
Spacious rooms with living room and balcony, really enjoyed the space compared to other hotels with tiny rooms.
To top it off what I really liked about this hotel was the price and how economical it was. Great value for money.
Great mountain view.
The management here was very friendly, nice and accommodating.
And as I was leaving they also open up a new bar / restaurant on the ground floor.
I highly recommend this hotel.

No hot water.
neighbors are noises and smoke in the corridor. We can't asleep till 01:00.

The hotel interior has been renovated, the location is super, the staff is very good, the reception helps with everything, we visited it for business trip, I was very satisfied

Congratulations to Perahotelmarmaris, I have stayed before, but this time it was better, the rooms were expanded, the renovation was successful, the rooms were very nice, the bathrooms were very good, I recommend it, thank you, see you next time, Pera family

I stayed here 2 weeks, it is simple but clean and good, they renovated everything this year. Friendly staff, and not expensive. If you are looking for a cheap and clean location this is the place to be. Thank you for everything Bilal🙏🏼
