Mirage World in Icmeler

Could be great, but definitely only a 3/5 hotel. Positives were the large choice of food, fresh bread, outside grill, we always found something we liked. Food could be hotter though.
Some staff were great, others didn't really talk but they kept the drinks flowing at the bar.
The location of the hotel is great, right next to the beach and mountains surrounding one side.
The pools were clean but need MAJOR work as all 4 pools had the tiles falling off and it looked awful, could pick handfuls of tiles out the pool.
The rooms were awful in E block, drains stunk, shower not sealed so leaked over the floor, rusty dirty fridge. Cleaners were always present but just stood doing nothing as you can see in the pictures of the bathroom and it was like that when we got there.
The Turkish baths on site were very good, starts at £40 but we were there for about 2 hours. Probably the best massage I've had.
Overall we loved Turkey but wouldn't stay here again, but you could have been somewhere worse.

Hotel is nice but just nice, common areas are clean, staff is friendly as it can get, as they dont speak english or russiand properly, just couple words, although most of the guests staing there is English or Russian people. Now the bedrooms, we got ground floor corner bedroom with no view just a brick wall but it wasnt bad, as we couldnt hear screaming kids in the swimming pool or loud turkish music. Though rooms are alright, we staid there for 10days and it got ceaned and beds made only twice, i hope that thay change the bedding not only made the beds. Beroom walls are so thin that when someone is farting in their bathroom you can hear EVERYTHING. Kids in the hotel and drunk people coming from clubs doesnt help if you whant to have a rest, we where sleeping with ear plugs all 10 days. Rooms have air conditioning so it doesnt get hot, but hotel doesnt give you a quilt, just thin blanket, so if you get a rainy, chilli day it will get very cold at night. Wi-fi doesnt work in your room, it mostly work in the lobby, sometimes at the swimming pool. Everything else in the hotel is alright, it can get very large crouds for the meal times if hotel is fully boocked, late breakfst i think doesnt work as there will be nothing left if you go for breakfast at 10-11 o'clock, also in 10 days i haven seen icecriem once although they say that hotel serves it. But otherwise it is alright of the hotel.
