Reis Beach Hotel&Restaurant in Marmaris

I stayed here for one night and it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were very old, small, and dirty, and I even found bed bugs, which made it impossible to sleep. The only positive thing about this place is its location, but honestly, I would much rather stay farther away in a clean hotel than deal with this again. Definitely not recommended.

Found two of these bugs in bed. I googled it after seeing I got seen by my family practitioner. They have bed bugs. I do advise not going here due to that. I have bites all over my body, worst holiday ever.

DONT STAY HERE THEY HAVE BED BUGSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!! Lots of them I was scared of taking photos they run too fast 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 they bite us, and we have to throw all our expensive clothes and shoes at the hotel and the manager didn’t made anything for us!!!! They still charge the room 🤯 NOW we probably have bed bugs 🐜 in our luggage 🧳 that’s disgusting zero guest attention IT IS A VERY VERY BAD HOTEL the manager is very rude, they didnt help us or even Pay us our clothes and stuff that we trash out because of Thermomix fault the english they tal is very poor and all the custumer service are rude and bad to the guest DONT WASTE YOU MONEY the light didn’t work in your room marmaris is beautiful go to another hotel!!!

Too expensive for the low quality room! Fridge not working, safety locker not working, hotel manager daes not speak English and not efficient!

restaurant down and beach guys are great it's just the room is very very old and bathroom looks dirty ...and no breakfast included. in the area for same standard you can get cheaper and breakfast included...but the location is really great as it's really beach front. For the same price you can get higher quality room and service in the same area...
