This is nice hotel, good price and great location. It’s one block from the ocean. Room I had was too small even for me along. Wasn’t able to open suitcase

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Not suited for party people as it has a quiet relaxed vibe to it. The rooms are well maintained and very comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is a basic menu but all freshly cooked and very tasty. The pool is a little smaller than normal but just perfect for the place. Everything was just spot on and I will be going back next year for another relaxing break away.

Well what can I say about Defne was our first stay in these apartments this year, we stayed 11 weeks, June to September and was amazing, Mustafa and all his staff made us welcome from day 1 to day 74 when we left, the apartment we stayed in was awesome everything needed was supplied and the 3 cleaning ladies came in everyday to change towels and sheets on bed changed at least once a week if not more, Tolga, Julia, First, and unuss sorry if spelt wrong were awesome made us feel part of defne family.. place is spotless and pool sheer luxury, Inud his wife was main cook and food was delicious especially English breakfast, they all really couldn’t do enough to make your holiday any better than we anticipated.. already booked up for 2026.. been going Marmaris 28yr why only just found this one which was recommended by the way I really regret, if looking for great holiday great place great people I would recommend this every time.. best relaxed holiday by far and bring welcomed into defne family was awesome bring on the next one we can’t wait and let’s not forget Luftah hotel cat. We couldn't find the hotel or parking, but the staff helped us and showed us the way to the hotel and where to park.
On the downside, we only stayed overnight, and the next day we weren't allowed to leave laundry for laundry just because it was our check-out day. This is odd, as laundry costs money, and we would have picked it up later.

I stayed in room 41 on the top floor. The hotel has no elevator. It's a two-room suite. One has a bedroom with a balcony, air conditioning, a small closet, and a dressing table. The second room has a kitchen (you can use a stove) with dishes (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, a cutting board) and a kettle, a sofa, a TV, a refrigerator (it doesn't turn off, it freezes well, and the water on the top shelf on the door froze), but there is no air conditioning. There is a fan and a huge terrace. It's austere, no pictures on the walls, no wallpaper. I peeked into the next room; it had a kitchenette in a small alcove in the hallway and a TV in the bedroom. It was cozier. The shower is in the toilet behind a curtain. They cleaned well, washed the floors and changed the towels every time. The included breakfast is the same: boiled eggs, two types of cheese, cold meats, olives, sliced ​​cucumbers and tomatoes, instant coffee (brewed coffee is available for an extra fee), and tea. Honey, jam, and a bun are also included. Other options are available for an extra fee. The location is excellent, with the beach a three-minute walk away. My room faced the courtyard, so it was quiet. The owner is very friendly, as is the entire staff. There's a small pool with sun loungers. A good budget option.

I stayed at the hotel for a week from August 4th to 11th, 2025. I would have been satisfied with my stay and would recommend the hotel to travelers as a good 3-star hotel, if not for one circumstance. The services stated in the description do not quite correspond to reality, namely, the free transfer to and from the airport. Before the trip, I contacted the hotel and provided my flight details (they said they would meet me, but there was no mention of payment!), I was met on time, taken to the hotel, and everything was fine until, on the fifth day of my stay, the manager approached me and announced that I owed $60 for the transfer. I tried to explain the situation, saying that they listed it as free in the description and that it wasn't my idea to offer a free transfer. They advertised this service, but the manager wouldn't listen. I contacted the trip.com chat for support, but they were also unable to contact the hotel to clarify the situation. So, I didn't pay and booked a return transfer on trip.com. I'll describe it without going into any unpleasant details, although today I received a message from the director (in the same messenger where I booked the transfer) that I was a "shameless person" for complaining. Apparently, I finally opened my email today and saw messages from trip.com.
Ultimately, I recommend double-checking the information, and thinking carefully before going there.

I had an accident whilst there and spent 4 days on hospital. Had to extend my stay waiting for a nurse to come from UK to travel home with me. Mustapha and family could not have been more helpful
