What an amazing hotel with amazing staff.

Yes the rooms aren't massive, yes the food can get repetitive but what all inclusive doesn't?!

After reading so many negative reviews, I was a little uncertain about my booking. Having got there and the amount of hospitality myself and hubby got was amazing.

Super clean hotel ... Bar staff/ management are just fantastic. Very accomodating.

Yes the hotel falls on a bit of a hill but as long as you are fit to walk ... You will not have any problems!

Lots of cats no doubt but if you don't approach them or call them ... They just mind their own business. You might just have one stare at you while you are eating your lamb/chicken haha!

Great food, friendly staff. Rooms and dining area very clean . DJ Omar is very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay here this past 10 days. very close to the beach , shops and cafes. Would definitely come back 😎

Fantastic, attentive, friendly, caring staff. Beautifully decorated chic hotel. Food tasty and plentiful. Fabulous location to frequent and cheap bus and taxi services. Near to evening venues and stroll down a small hill. Can't wait to return to this hotel. It's staff are all wonderful and work so very hard. P.s. try the Ameratto sour cocktail is so yummy.

Well where do I start with this review, at first when booking I was a bit concerned of the little sun they get in the late afternoons. But when we arrived it didn't bother us.

On arrival, we were greeted by the most helpul man that dealt with our luggage but without knowing, we entered a room that had a double bed and I was on holiday with my lad mate which obviously is not helpful.

We went down stairs and asked if we could be changed rooms and this was done first thing the next day. After moving into our new room (which had stunning views of the sea, but arent the biggest) we started our holiday.

The hotel is superbly clean and constant staff are running around accommodating everyones needs. The hotel only has 66 rooms so there is no issues with getting a drink or queuing for food. The food is not the best, but there is always something you can have.

How quiet the hotel is, it pretty much allows you to have fun with the guests that are staying there too. That be it besides the pool or having lunch or having drinks on the night. This being our biggest highlight of our stay. We spent hours, day and night laughing and joking. Doing bingo or Kareoke. Entertaining the staff and guests, and it was the best holiday that personally, I have ever experienced

We met lovely people from the UK, Russia ❤️ and Scotland ❤️. I hope that our impact on the guests and staff long lives and that we will be remembered. Because we will remember every single one of you.

Arrived at midnight after travelling all day,staff very pleasant but disappointed we couldn't get anything to eat or drink as we'd had nothing for hours. Room a bit on the small side,noise rattling through bedroom wall from next door air con.Staff couldn't do anything as no rooms available to move us to,but we were moved next morning.Air con is a must,shower is good,could do with a bit more variety in morning for breakfast.Staff very attentive so no complaints there.The Hill is a bit of a challenge every day when we go out,but not much can be done to change position of hotel lol!
Overall enjoyed our stay,hotel is spotlessly clean.The bonus for me was the cats who came to visit,not everyone's cup of tea but I was thrilled to get a wee pet at them.

Godd adults only hotel. Very clean. Good rooms. All inclusive food & drinks. Food repetative drinks very good.

Highly recommend this hotel, it is spotlessly clean, the rooms are cleaned & towels changed, daily. The staff are all great, good fun & very attentive. The food has been delicious, very varied. The hotel is only a short walk from the lovely beach, which has stunning views of the mountains around it. There are lots of bars & shops within walking distance. We are already planning our next holiday here, next year.

We stayed at this hotel for one week from 1 May 2018. And it was fantastic spotlessly clean rooms were very good free safe TV the shower was brilliant.although the room was small but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. The mini fridge was only topped up on 2days Mon And Thurs. The staff were exceptional all of them could not do enough for us. Be difficult to single out any of them they were all very helpful. The food in the restaurant was good you could always come away with something nice the cakes were lovely. We would definitely go back to the Ideal Piccolo. So a big thankyou to everybody at this hotel. Tom and Anne Doyle.
