Oasis Otel in Marmaris

Literally the worst experience of my life in any hotel in the world, upon checking in, the guy with black beard and Mustache had this very angry scary face , he was very rude and unwelcoming , my friend and I were extra nice out of fear of him, later on we realized they charge you 7 Euros a day to use the safe in your room, when I complained to him he was about to hit me and incredibly rude, so I asked for a manager , he told me I would have to wait all day for one because he doesn’t know when there will be one, turned out to be a lie, I accidentally ran into one of the owners and he was not any better sadly, the room is not the size they claim it to be, you are not allowed to get more than one key to the room at any cost, no slippers in the room as claimed in website, bathtub disgusting and moldy and the water in the shower continuously switches from freezing cold to boiling hot, of course we disregarded all problems and kept to ourselves never even requesting that no one cleans our room, because we literally feared for our lives at this place , Beds were as hard as the floor in every sense of the word. at breakfast , you would have 2 to 3 guys watching every bite that goes in your mouth, making you feel extremely uncomfortable to the extend that I had to go ask them flat out to stop watching us as we eat, it was the worst experience ever, we couldn’t wait for our 4 nights to be over and were thrilled to check out. As for parking , well you have a problem if you have a car because spaces are tiny and just a few, extremely difficult to park and there is no where you can park outside the hotel, it is smack in the city which makes the hotel extremely noisy at night with all the pubs around, it will keep you up until early morning hours. They made us hate Marmaris at this hotel, stay as far away from it as you can, do not ignore any bad reviews you read, take them seriously .
Be ware of reviews of hotels in Turkey, they somehow manage to remove bad reviews and I know that for a fact from a hotel owner that was a friend .

I would not stay in this hotel again and would not recommend it:

Upon arrival we were informed one of the rooms we were booked in for had only 1 bed for 3 people despite us booking a room for 3.

We were then told we could move to a different room on night 2. But on night 2 we were told that the room had be reserved for someone else instead.

We had to plead to get another room but even then the new room had no working WiFi.

We still tried to Sheboygan a good time and remain positive about the hotel but management were very unprofessional and impolite.

Whilst waiting for transport in the lobby so we could go do an excursion my daughter went to the toilet that is in the lobby and whislt walking past the manager Sergio remarked to her “just ask for his (the bartenders) number instead of pretending to go toilet”

The bartender looked to be in his mid to late 20a whislt my daughter is a teen. I didn’t kick up a fuss at the time even though I wanted to because my daughter didn’t want to cause a scene.

The female receptionist is very rude and insulting. The owner of the hotel who owns a number of the local hotels is a grumpy old man who walks around looking mad at the tourists, he also treated the waiters and breakfast staff like his personal slaves which I found uncomfortable.

From the pictures the room and pool seem to be of reasonable size but upon arrival realised this wasnt the case. The rooms are extremely cramped with little wardrobe space and space for suitcases, the bathroom is even smaller with no working hair dryer.

The management are very rude and unhelpful.
