We have visiter this hotel many times, and we had planned to visit this Elegance hotel and Marmaris again 27th June, but because of COVID-19 situation, our trip were cancelled, we are sure that the hotel and reception and personal is doing, what is needed to make our visit safe. We will return to Elegance hotel when we are again allowed to enter Turkey.

+ Cosy bedrooms, nice pools and excellent location.

- Hungry first two days due to the poor variety of food. Food quite repetitive and underwhelming. Evening shows started late at 10pm, only for an hour or so which was disappointing. I also wasn't impressed that women with their buttocks on display were dancing on stage for the entertainment. Extremely inappropriate and pretty revolting to be honest. Bath was chipped, and I also noticed rocky hand rails on the floor I was staying on. Not safe nor is it appealing to see. Not sure how they were registered as a 5* hotel.

2/5 for me. Won't be going back to this hotel.

Stayed: 17 October 2025, 10 nights, couple aged 45, 49 Positives: The location is excellent — around a 20-minute walk to the Old Town and bazaars. The main all-inclusive restaurant serves good food, with plenty of hot, fresh options. The Indian head massage at the spa was lovely (£35 for 30 minutes), and the sauna and steam room were both good. Negatives: Drinks are quite limited in choice, and the jacuzzi was out of order — we were told it hasn’t been working all year. There’s a lovely piano bar near reception, but despite the signs showing opening hours, it was closed during our stay, and this is the only inside bar to get alcoholic drinks. When it rained, the only way to get a drink indoors was to walk outside to the pool bar, then back up slippery tiled steps in the rain. The Silence Pool Bar was disappointing — poor food options and even ran out of basic drinks like lemonade. Food at lunchtime very limited and not very tasty. Food at the beach bar isn’t included in the all-inclusive package, only drinks are and the cocktails were terrible. Staff didn’t know how to make a Cuba Libre, and the piña coladas came from a machine rather than being freshly made. The pools were freezing, and hardly anyone used them. Evening entertainment was a highlight — an hour-long show each night around 9 or 10 p.m., which was genuinely enjoyable. Rooms were adequate but dated, shower not always very hit, and the rugs in the coffee area were noticeably dirty. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. The food and drink options fall far short of that standard. The à la carte restaurant also isn’t included in the all-inclusive plan, and we never saw a menu or prices. Marmaris overall: The town felt very commercialised and overpriced — food and drinks were expensive (£11.50 for a cocktail), and the promenade was full of people persistently trying to get you into bars and restaurants. Overall: Some positives, but too many disappointments. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

We had a fantastic stay! Beautiful hotel with great staff, and they put on the best shows along the boulevard + I loved the piano man!!! The food is varied and tasty, though meals are served indoors only, so you can’t really enjoy the sunshine while dining.

The only downside is that by 9 a.m. all the loungers are already “reserved” with towels, which is a bit disappointing. The beach area plays loud club music, though the crowd itself is fine, just tourist. Turkey is definitely touristy, but the hotel and surrounding area are great.

(Since I’m not a big fan of crowded tourist spots, I often rented a scooter to explore off-road and discover more secluded places, including some unique snorkeling spots. That really added a special touch to my trip).

We had some issues with our first room at the beginning of our stay, but fortunately we were able to change rooms without any problems. The air conditioning was not working well and the bathroom could use some renovation. However, the staff took good care of us throughout our stay, and we especially want to thank Tayfun for his great service and kindness.

Very honest review from family from england the hotel itself is stunning very clean staff very nice work very hard. But this hotel is not for the English at all we was not welcomed at all by the people in the hotel the guests i mean they was all russian, german , polish all so very rude to my family we was looked at like something on the bottom of there shoes. The food was ok but catered for the minority of what people go there the entertainment was not in English all in russian or polish . Pool area very small we was sat on chairs in the sun because no sun beds and none on the beach. If ur English I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all .

Generally nice hotel - in keeping with the standard for mainstream Marmaris. Friendly service and good access to the town. Food average for the area - plenty of variety at the buffet. Avoid the peak times if possible - gets a bit chaotic. Rooms clean, comfortable and well serviced daily. Big shout out to domestic and catering brigades - boy do they work hard!! The sauna was superb. The silent pool (ie without music etc.) was excellent for unwinding, with food and drink available poolside. The only downside about the hotel was the mind numbing persistent loud and monotonous boom booming base from about 9.00pm until 12.30am, which, given the wide choice of hotels in the area, would probably stop us staying there again, which would be a shame.

The most beautiful hotel in the area. We have never regretted choosing it. The only negative is that when we checked in, we were not shown to our room or where everything was. We spent a long time looking for our room ourselves. The newlyweds are brought fruit and wine to their room, and they also “upgrade” the room. We were checked in immediately upon arrival. Cleaning and changing towels every day. But we, however, sometimes left tips for the cleaning lady. The food is delicious, but the choice is certainly not 100 dishes, but there is always something to choose from, you will not go hungry. Dinners and lunches are good. Breakfasts are monotonous. There is a snack bar by the pool (burgers, pasta, onion rings, fries and, of course, drinks.) There are a lot of beautiful places for photos. Nice rooms. We had a sea view. The center of Marmaris is about 20 minutes walk away. Green and modern hotel. Relatively quiet. Show program every other day. Cozy. The water is not the cleanest on the beach, but in Marmaris it is like that everywhere. If you take a tour beyond the bays, you will be amazed by the color and beauty of the water, all the shades of turquoise and blue will amaze you. I recommend this hotel.
