This is our last minute booking as our first hotel was cancelled. We are happy with the location! It's near everywhere I love. A short walk to Blue Port and the shops, bars you name it. Buffet breakfast is good. Room size is small compared to other hotels we stayed in but it's cleaned everyday and staffs are brilliant so can't really complain.

Here I do not understand the nagging of people to the hotel, which has 3 stars and the APPROPRIATE price! Hotel my dream is a very decent hotel and got very friendly staff. It's only a 30 meters walk to the beach. The staff was very helpful with our needs, every morning we get different options of breakfast. Our room was getting cleaned every day. Towels and clean sheets every day.

Overall the hotel was not too bad but the rooms and bathrooms definitely need renovations. The cleaners won't give you clean towels everyday, or clean room regularly as the said they were short staffed. Management wont take notice of any complaints. I cant describe the warmth of this hotel with the owners and staff that makes everything that they can to make you feel at home. You do not feel that you are in hotel but in a luxurious palace with loving people who makes your stay extraordinary. Have been there for a week at august 2017. Nice and quiet place. It has a swimming pool free for guests. Decent, but satysfying breakfasts, nice staff (but not in speaking english). The biggest problem is that there is no private beach, so that you have to use a public beach which is 15 minutes away from Orkide or pay money for private beaches nearby (usually 5-6 USD per person).

The rooms needed to be cleaned when they say they gonna clean. With fresh towels etc shouldn't have to be keep asking and to do myself

Great place, you can go to the beach in a swimsuit and throw something on. Breakfast is normal, the rooms are not new, but not dirty. The bathroom smells damp. Small cockroaches slip through. The refrigerator was tiny and cool, does not freeze. For such a price with such a place it will do.

The location is central, with a minibus stop at the door. The rooms are spacious and clean. The balcony faces the street, but it is quiet and not noisy when closed. The only drawback is the network. WiFi is only available at the door, and data can only be used in the room.

It is located in the city centre, so that you won't need to take a taxi or your car. Parking lot is a huge problem. Cleaning level is moderate, i can't say it was very dirty. All fundamentals were functioning, taps, lambs, air conditioner, tv, flush unit were running. Towels were not dirty as mentioned in the previous posts. My wife and I are in our mid 70's and very experienced travellers. We don't do the sterile resorts, and prefer to stay somewhere where you get a real feel for the area... The big resorts in Marmaris are some 45 mins walking from the main port and rezzies. We wanted somewhere as a base, with a pool within a reasonable walking distance, and Rosy had it... We stayed here for 3 days, and overall highly satisfied with our accommodation. The price is also average and the rooms we stayed had AC, a mini fridge, personal WC and bathroom. Even the mini wardrobe included hangers for clothes. We were so happy with their breakfast as well, the food quality was perfect. We only used the pool once, but the pool was clean and there were sun-beds for sunbathing too...

This is hands down the best view of the bay of Selimiye. The people who operate the hotel are incredibly kind and hard working. The included breakfast is delicious. Truly a hidden gem. We just got home from a week stay with club dorado.the hotel is very clean and the staff are all verry friendly, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. My room was very spacious and clean, air conditioning and decent size fridge. Hotel is a bit out from the centre but only a short taxi ride into town. Breakfast stated Turkish and English but unfortunately there was only Turkish fare on offer.
