I loved this hotel . Apart from a couple of hiccups in the beginning with our room but will certainly return . Situated close enough to the main street but far enough away to not be effected by busy night life if you want an escape , this could possibly differ in the high peak as i went beginning of October. Mine and my partners first holiday away together and I couldn’t have picked a better hotel. Everything was amazing from the food to the rooms to the service. Location is great too. We have just returned from our 3rd year at Piccolo Dream and every year it just gets better. Seeing Justin is still there is great and this year he was joined by Jack, this gave the entertainment in the day and evenings a great boost they are both fantastic and can’t wait to see what they have planned for next year. Fantastic, attentive, friendly, caring staff. Beautifully decorated chic hotel. Food tasty and plentiful. Fabulous location to frequent and cheap bus and taxi services. Excellent stay at Quadas Hotel. Clean and spacious room with amazing unobstructed views of the beach and sea. Staff were friendly and attentive, and even the Owner/Manager went out of her way to make us feel very welcome. Perfect location away from the crowd to enjoy a peaceful holiday. This is a very comfortable and clean hotel with a beautiful beach and an astonishing view of Icmeler Bay. The staff is amicable and professional. The food and other services added great value to our vacation in this hotel. It was absolutely worth spending our holidays here.

Love this hotel been coming 11 years. Never come in September, the ambience has been ruined two years in a row on the beach. Very loud middle aged contingent playing loud music and shouting and to add insult to injury getting out microphones to play bingo!!🤬🤬 this could be the end of my love affair either way with this hotel. I had the best time at Maris beaches hotel. Location is great, I had a sea view room and it was such delight to wake up to the view. Room was spotless newly done. This hotel has amazing workers . The cleaners we're lovely and cleaned well. The breakfast was basic but the main meals in the restaurant were very good and a good price. The hotel is in a great location and is a 3 minute walk from the beach. It is next to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The rooms are clean but don’t have much storage for clothes so we had to live out of suitcases for 10 days. The owners customer service is excellent. Booked as a last minute hotel. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. It is ideally located,, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Only down point on this hotel is the noise at night. Right opposite a very noisy nightclub which goes until the early hours. Staff were lovely, Turkish breakfast was lovely too. Come here if you like the central location and hustle and bustle.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Marmaris, Mehmet and Apo are just the perfect hosts in the restaurant where we had absolutely beautiful food, fresh every day we never had a bad meal here and we ate here neary every night. The Gentleman Mehmet at the front desk was very accommodating, if wa asked for anything he did hia best accommodate us, even agreed to look after our luggage 5 hours before our book on time. Its not a new hotel but for the price its good. Location is great if you dont mind a bit of noise eapcially on the weekend. There are bars below and it can be very nosy until late at night.

Stayed here for two weeks with my daughter. The hotel is clean and quite modern inside. The staff all friendly. We just found the room a little too small and not enough hanging space. The bathroom was adequate with a good shower. Right on the main strip, which was good.

Basic hotel and location around Marmaris. Visited family who were staying in the hotel complex. The pool was a sun trap in the hight of summer. The food on site was reasonable price and quality though with arcade and other paid for amenities. The atmosphere was relaxed but the location was away from the main strip of Marmaris

The biggest selling point is definitely the staff. They are very friendly and you will be well taken care of. The rooms are great for what you’re paying, comfortable space with a balcony, it does the job nicely. I have just arrived home from an 10 night stay at Club Sun Smile. I have only positive things to say, the atmosphere around the place was great, the staff as other people have said are the best in Turkey and nothing is to much for them from the cleaning maids to the bar and restaurant staff. Beach was lovely. It was close enough to the town without being too close. Just 10 minutes taxi ride into the town. The food was average at best. Same food on offer each day. It wasn’t fresh. Air con in our room didn’t work and the staff didn’t know how to fix it. Won’t return to this hotel which is a shame as it has so much potential.

The Joya Del Mar hotel is in a beautiful location and the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, thank you to everyone at the hotel. Everything is inclusive and the food and drink is fabulous. Sadly, this hotel burned down while I was in it. Trapped on the third floor for a while, the fire brigade were incredibly professional. The hotel owners seamlessly moved me to their other hotel, just down the street, Gold Butik. Nice place, friendly people. Not directly on the beach so not so much noise at night. Very handy location

The rooms are very clean but quite small Breakfast variety is quite limited. If you're a light sleeper there are a lot bars nearby and quite noisy well into the night. If like swimming they have descent pool also a very short walk to a public beach.

20-25 minute walk to the center. Dont count on round-the-clock hot water! Rooms aren’t that big and you will melt in the elevator during summer season! Not exactly the ‘comfy’ place to stay for a vacation in Marmaris.

The people are friendly. The rooms are simple somewhat outdated but clean every day. There is a salad bar but as a vegetarian your dinner stays with fries and salad which is a shame because the food for meat eaters changes every day. And if I ask they say nobody is vegetarian here. Tbh we had a fantastic time at the hotel the room was a little underwhelming and a bit dirty even though rubbish was collected almost daily and linen change frequently during our stay and was only used for sleeping and changing in. The rest of the facilities were fantastic the staff the resteraunt spa and tattoo artist were phenomenal and highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again

The place was clean and our room had a lovely balcony. Breakfast was delicious. They were also very responsive on WhatsApp, and are walkable to town/the beach/bike rental places. Something to keep in mind: Trip.com advertises this hotel as having FREE airport transfer, but this is a mistake. Please keep in mind it is 55 Euro each way from Dalaman airport. This is nice hotel, good price and great location. It’s one block from the ocean. Room I had was too small even for me along. Wasn’t able to open suitcase

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Not suited for party people as it has a quiet relaxed vibe to it. The rooms are well maintained and very comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is a basic menu but all freshly cooked and very tasty. The pool is a little smaller than normal but just perfect for the place. Everything was just spot on and I will be going back next year for another relaxing...

Well what can I say about Defne was our first stay in these apartments this year, we stayed 11 weeks, June to September and was amazing, Mustafa and all his staff made us welcome from day 1 to day 74 when we left, the apartment we stayed in was awesome everything needed was supplied and the 3 cleaning ladies came in everyday to change towels and sheets on bed changed at least once a week if not more...

Good value. Facilities a bit tired.

We couldn't find the hotel or parking, but the staff helped us and showed us the way to the hotel and where to park. On the downside, we only stayed overnight, and the next day we weren't allowed to leave laundry for laundry just because it was our check-out day. This is odd, as laundry costs money, and we would have picked it up later.
