The rooms were very dated and pokey you just got under each others feet whilst trying to do anything. The furniture was very old and rickety and not very clean on arrival. We visited Club Selen last September as a couple and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We returned last week with some of our family. The staff are lovely. Hakam, Fatima and the team do an amazing job. The hotel is close to the beach and loads of lovely bars. 👍👍

This was my first solo trip to this hotel. I can't fault it. The staff were so friendly, especially Yusif/Yusuf!! When I arrived I struggled to get my case up the steps and someone came right out and got it for me, took me and my case to the room. Quite a find. Very well positioned by the mariner. Our arrival was coordinated so that a member of staff carried our luggage the short walk from taxi rank to hotel. Greeted very warmly by all at the hotel. Rooms are all you need. The sun terrace at the top gives a spectacular view across the bay. A lovely place to have an excellent breakfast. A beautiful boutique hotel. This type of unique hotels are rare in Marmaris. It has a small coffee museum in the lobby. The sea facing rooms give the feeling of a cruise ship room with a balcony. As Marmaris is a party town, expect loud music from downstairs restaurant until 12:30 am.

We have visiter this hotel many times, and we had planned to visit this Elegance hotel and Marmaris again 27th June, but because of COVID-19 situation, our trip were cancelled, we are sure that the hotel and reception and personal is doing, what is needed to make our visit safe. We had some issues with our first room at the beginning of our stay, but fortunately we were able to change rooms without any problems. We were sooo exhausted when we arrived at this place, having traveled for more than 48 hours from LA. They gave us a beautiful room with a sea view that was very spacious and clean. Very nice and comfy rooms. The only thing I recommend is that you ask about the hot water situation in the rooms. Besides that it was nice and clean.
