Life Point Hotel in Trabzon

A super beautiful and clean hotel! We were very satisfied. Upon arrival, we were helped with our suitcases to our room. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very clean. What we personally also really liked was that there was a prayer mat in the room. We were able to indicate ourselves via a button in the room that we did not want to be disturbed / that the room needed to be cleaned. Once we had indicated this, all duvet covers were immediately replaced and everything was cleaned thoroughly. Even when we hadn't pressed the button, someone would still come by to clean the rooms and replace the duvet covers again. We also booked breakfast along with our stay. It was an open breakfast buffet, with something different every day. It wasn't a very large buffet, but it was sufficient.

Location: The hotel is located right in the city center and is about a 5 to 10 minute walk to Trabzon Square Park, where all the buses are located. It is also a three-minute walk from the Trabzon City Museum. A very central location indeed! In short: we were extremely satisfied and highly recommend this hotel!

The location is perfect, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful especially Recep. He gave us directions and advised us on good places to visit and also helped us alot.

The only problem is that breakfast should be a little more varied. They don't have any type of coffee. If you want coffee, you have to buy it and they offer breakfast included.

Great hotel, with a great location, and great service.

Breakfast was amazing, diverse and tasty. Service great, staff very friendly. Free parking for the car! 2 minutes walking to the very center of the city - meydan park. Rooms clean, with nice design. Will visit again for 100%.

Very very Nice stay!

First of all some of the best service I have received from hotel staff. Assisting with parking and luggage (not giving you the awkward stare waiting for a tip) although we did tip. Nice Starbucks cafe in the lobby. Very close to everything. Breakfast was decent, some of the better breakfast services we've had in Turkey. No coffee though, I am assuming this is because there is a Starbucks in the lobby.

Rooms are very nice, spacious. Although fixtures ect have some issues. Shower overflows, swelling of doors from water. Very decent TV, we were actually able to set up a Netflix night for this stay!

For Trabzon, this place is highly recommended. Very good price.

Superbly located hotel in the tourist centre of Trabzon. I didn't arrive until almost midnight but they'd answered my online query earlier in the day confirming receipt of my online reservation and were expecting me on arrival and the night concierge couldn't have been nicer.
The rooms are recently renovated and the bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi is good, if not particularly fast.
Breakfast is available from 0800 and had a nice selection of self-service food without trying to do too much.
For the price, facilities and location it's a good 4.5/5
