Nur Hotel in Trabzon

We booked a four-bed room, and upon check-in, they told us it was occupied and we didn't want to move out. They gave us a three-bed room. When we asked about a refund for the cheaper room, nothing was resolved. Trip.com, please look into this.

The room was small and smelled of cigarettes. The location was great. The staff were very friendly. The Mosque is next door, so it can be noisy, but that depends on how you perceive it.

Beautiful and clean hotel with a view over the old town of Trbazon. Delicious all you can eat style Turkish breakfast and close to the local minibus terminal, for taking trips to Sumela or Uzungol.

The room is quite small, but it has everything, a refrigerator, a kettle, air conditioning, a good bathroom. From the window in the distance you could see the sea. There is a mosque nearby, it will wake you up in the morning. The location is ideal, the very center, everything is nearby. I really liked the hotel. The staff is responsive.

I’ve spent a very pleasant week in the BlackSea region, and my stay at Nur hotel made my trip even better, the hotel’s location is in the middle of city center with views on the city’s Meydan and the sea as well, the rooms are very nice and the staff is extremely helpful, especially mr. Eyüp, this guy is just the best, he’s very kind and helpful and he organized all of our trips around the region with affordable prices, so a huge shoutout to him, a little issues in the hotel for me were the cleaning service, as it wasn’t that great, and the breakfast, as it is with limited variety and not generous, but that’s all, everything else was amazing. In general, Trabzon and the BlackSea region is probably the best part of Turkey, and i enjoyed it to the full, and i recommend it to everyone, and highly recommend staying in Nur hotel whenever you decide to go there.

Hotel Nur is a nice hotel in a very good position close to the town square but down a side street, so it is quiet. The staff are very helpful and will organise a tour to Sumela and the mountains quickly and easily if you need it. The hotel is clean and functional. Breakfast is at the rooftop cafe with a great view. I had a great view from my room but the room was small.

A very convenient hotel located in the center of the town of Trabzon on the Black Sea coast. Many restaurants, shopping areas and cafes are within walking distance.
