Ive been stay in this hotel.. hotel in central of the city, easy to buy meals, so many store near this hotel.. but the hotel didnt have lift.. so difficult to bring our baggage..

As other reviews say, the hotel is very centrally located and clean, the staff friendly and helpful. A good Turkish breakfast is provided. The bedrooms are a bit tired but the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms clean.

This place was better than I expected and better than the first impression. The rooms are small and the building has seen better days but it's clean, the location is perfect, and the owner was super helpful arranging bus rides to the tourist attractions

Great place for backpackers. Two blocks from the center square, very close to the main bus stations. Comes with a traditional turkish breakfast - eggs, cheses, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, bread, honey\jam, tea. Got a private room for 500 lira which seems to be a standard rate up at all the hotels on the block. They have a wifi connection for every floor. You can book fair priced tours through their front desk - or 5 min walk from the minibus to Sumela monastery.

Best hotel in Trabzon! The hotel is very well located (in the city center). Rooms are very cleans. Good wifi and breakfast included. Staff very professional and friendly. We really recommand! It's perfect.

Okay place, most of the staff is friendly enough and the location is ideal. But if you're bike packing, do not believe the owner. There is NO room for a bike with all bike packing gear... Or you will be struggling down a way to steep staircase with a heavy bike.

The place is clean and staff is very pleasant. There is even a modest breakfast included.
The hotel looks like quite a cheap 1-star place. Modest rooms, bearable internet, no elevator.
Can be an option for 1 night stay.

Nice hard working people, Very friendly staff. I wouldn't not recommend it to tourist of Gulf country maybe single guys good place to crash in and safe .
