The hotel is smaller than it looks in photos. When you open the window, the inside is completely visible from the stairs and hallway. You make eye contact with other travelers, so there's no privacy.
The road to the hotel is unpaved, and it was raining, so my shoes got muddy.
Perhaps it was bad timing, but there was construction on the road to the hotel, and no consideration or warning was given to where to walk.
There are no restaurants or shops nearby, so you have to walk far to eat or shop.
It's better to buy drinks before checking in.
Even though it's a quiet location, the machinery is loud.
There were a lot of ants in the room, and it felt unclean and uncomfortable. The chairs at breakfast were dirty, and even dead bugs on the sofa were left uncleaned.
We had the same breakfast every day. They only checked the cooking method for the *meat at the beginning, and they kept the same thing for three days, and there wasn't enough for everyone.
The floor heating in the room was so hot I couldn't sleep, and even the air conditioning at 18°C didn't cool it down.

The view from the platform was quite nice.
I booked the most basic room, which was on the lowest floor. You could tell that half of the room was carved out of the rock, and the other half was later constructed. The downside was that some areas of the room had dust, but the upside was that it truly offered an authentic Cappadocia experience.
Some details in the room were lacking; for example, many of the power strips were loosely attached to the walls, and the carpet looked like it was about to fall apart.
The breakfast was average, but being on the viewing terrace made for a pleasant dining experience.

The room was large and spacious, with a bay window where you could lean back and enjoy the view. The terrace offered stunning views, and the breakfast was plentiful. The hotel is located halfway up a hill, an 8-10 minute walk from the town center and a 30-minute walk from Love Garden, the best spot for hot air balloon observation.

I found this on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform), and the price is completely overpriced; the value for money is extremely low.
The room they gave me was terrible—a tiny attic room with ongoing renovations next door, and the facilities were inadequate. Aside from a rooftop terrace with a restaurant, it offered absolutely no advantages. I don't recommend it! It's completely not worth the price. At most, it's worth a third of the price.

Excellent hotel with a great terrace for viewing the balloons, lovely staff and also the best breakfast I’ve ever had. They booked the hot air balloon tour and also a day tour (red tour).

We really enjoyed our stay at Arinna Cappadocia! The owner, Mustafa, and his team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and to ensure that we were fully taken care of when it came to transport and activities. In fact, Mustafa personally checked us in and gave us a mini orientation when we arrived at the hotel, despite it being pretty late at night. 🙏🏻
Regarding activities: if you’re the type of free and easy traveler that doesn’t pre-book their itinerary/tours until you reach your destination, the team at Arinna has you covered. We had already booked two tours prior to arriving in Cappadocia, but when we wanted to do camel-riding, horse-riding and a whirling dervish performance, we only had to tell them when we wanted to do and they took care of everything.
The room we stayed in was very comfortable, had a great view of the hot air balloons in the morning, and WiFi was strong too. Water pressure in the bathroom was AMAZING. If I could give some gentle feedback, it’s that one of the rugs in our room was a little worn and the frayed edges made it a bit of a tripping hazard, and the main door creaks quite loudly as well. But truly, these were very minor issues that did not bother us much at all.

Hospitable, friendly, helpful in all areas of concern regarding tourist information. A peacful relaxing environment situated up high overlooking the most spectacular views from an open air garden. The cave rooms are inviting, cosy & characteristic of this part of Turkey

Even though we arrived after midnight, the staff welcomed us with smile and explained everything. Also they waited for us to have breakfast next morning even though we showed up late. Having a breakfast in the balcony, watching hot air balloons floating around us was spectacular! It was like another world. They offered us one day tour on a SUV and we got to visit many highlights efficiently. It is not cheap but worth the money. They can interpret if you need. When I had some clothes to dry, after washing them in my room, they kindly invited us to the rooftop and let us use their clothesline, which was super helpful. I would definitely come back!
