Sinasos - Mustafa Paşa is one of the most authentic areas of Cappadocia—less touristic, yet rich in history and character. Its tranquility brings a deep sense of peace, and the local people are genuinely warm and welcoming. During our visit, we had the opportunity to stay at the truly exceptional Seraphim Cave Cappadocia, one of Turkey’s most distinctive hotels. From the very first moment of our arrival, the front office and guest relations team—especially Maya—took meticulous care of every detail. We stayed in one of the hotel’s exclusive cave suites. Beyond its authentic atmosphere, the room was technologically flawless in every aspect. The restaurant team also provided outstanding service at both breakfast and dinner, attending thoughtfully to every detail. Behind this seamless experience is remarkable leadership. The hotel’s General Manager, Hakan Zaman, has clearly built a very special bond with his team. Thanks to the empowering environment he has created, the staff form genuine and meaningful connections with guests. This will always remain a place where I experienced truly special memories. This hotel is so incredibly special and magical! The grounds are beautiful, even when we went in the middle of winter. The staff are SO kind, warm and friendly. We really enjoyed talking with them, especially Habip! I loved everything about this place. It is also in a great location with many great restaurants nearby, including their own, Tasula which is absolutely delicious!

Highly recommended, the breakfast was also very good. Suitable for couples and friends. The room wasn't as damp or uncomfortable as I expected. I stayed for four days and still felt it was great. Suitable for those who rent a car and travel independently. I was so lucky to have booked such a good hotel.

I can't recommend Seraphim Cave Hotel in Cappadocia enough (stayed in August 2025). The rooms and grounds are beautiful and the location in Mustafapasa is close to all the main sites but doesn't feel as crazy as Goreme etc. The breakfast spread is also very good. But what really makes this place amazing is the staff and service. We had a flight delay and our rental car company was going to be closed by the time we landed with the delay. They helped us last minute book a new car, coordinate with the car rental agency and provided tons of directions and help. It made a very stressful situation manageable, especially as we don't speak much Turkish. Throughout the rest of the stay they were kind and attentive as well.

This place is fantastic. The overall grounds are beautiful and relaxing. The rooms are fantastic. The breakfast will knock your socks off. The people are very nice and accommodating. Maya, the house dog, is the star.
