We had some troubles during the check-in, guys on the register desk couldn’t figure out how to find our booking and how to process our is cards. It is an average hotel which needs some improvements in bathroom and craftsmanship side. Breakfast was ok. People who wants a silent stay should be careful about the music till 11 pm or 12 am. Other than that staff was helpful.

There was a guy who was rude during my last days at the hotel. Kept asking me whenever I enter or about to exit the hotel to show my hotel card all the time. Otherwise, I would have given it 4 stars, not the best but it’s okay.

Great value Hotel. It has everything you would expect at this level. Good breakfast, clean towels, good bed. Like most hotel rooms in Turkey it smelled of smoke. They were happy to store my bike in the lobby.

Me and my friends stayed here for a skiing vacation, the location is very central which makes it very convenient to visit restaurants and all kinds of stores. The rooms are comfortable, the staff including the hotel owner is very helpful and nice towards visitors. It takes 10-15 minutes to reach the palandoken skiiing area by car/bus.

Very normal The room was normal for the price. The biggest problem was the smell of cigarettes in the hallway and elevator. It felt like people were allowed to smoke in the rooms, which was not okay. Although the room was clear and comfortable, the hotel was a little bit old and there were some (minor) problems in the installments such as with the toilet flush. The breakfast was rich, but didn't like the quality. Overall, it could have been better, but it wasn't so expensive.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal. The hotel rooms are modern and clean. The decor in the lobby is very nice and it is an amazing place to chill and socialize with friends. If you are ever visiting Van there is no better place to stay than the Urartu Hotel.
