Me and my friends stayed here for a skiing vacation, the location is very central which makes it very convenient to visit restaurants and all kinds of stores. The rooms are comfortable, the staff including the hotel owner is very helpful and nice towards visitors. It takes 10-15 minutes to reach the palandoken skiiing area by car/bus.

Lovely hotel. Our room was spacious and clean and had a balcony. Only thing the bed was on the sinking side. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to cafes/restaurants. Very busy area. Hotel has free limited parking out the front and free street parking.

Nice new hotel with good location in main road 3 minutes from the city centre of Bayport. Room quite large air-conditioning but not working 😕. Normal hotel. Clean, good mattress, view of the mountain. Disappointingly, despite the fact that it was said that breakfast was from 7.00 am, hot dishes had only just begun to be prepared.

You can see Mount Ararat from the hotel window, which is quite a sight. But the hotel itself is on a road next to the main city, and there are no restaurants nearby. Many dogs bark at night, disturbing sleep. The staff were friendly but the breakfast options were limited.

The room we booked as a double was said to be reserved for a single person, but it was booked as a double, but they initially asked for a little more money, then they said it was not necessary. The hotel is comfortable and good value. The heating however was too hot which affected our sleep. We had to turn off the radiator and open the window!

A good, inexpensive hotel. The rooms are excellent and clean, the shower and toilet are so-so, and breakfast is even included. It includes bread, butter, jam, cheese, olives, tea, and coffee. The hosts are very hospitable. The location is excellent.

Amazing experience for the money. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is good, you can visit the malls and the city centre easily. The breakfast is plentiful. Overall good experience, no complaints.

The location is great, close to city center and away from the main street, so it does not get so loud. Unfortunately the room I got was smoked heavily inside although was a non smoker room. Breakfast was fresh and good. The lamp installed inside the room is too dark, can get annoying if one has something to do at night. The internet connection is unstable and slow.

This hotel has hot water and has good receptionists such as Mr. Ali who knows persian language.

We stayed for twelve days. The staff were very nice and friendly. They helped us a lot. The breakfast was varied and good. The rooms were cleaned regularly. It had a good heating system. Excellent and friendly staff, quiet and convenient location (close to grocery stores and restaurants), 5 min drive to the ski resort. It'd be 5 stars had the water in the shower not been lukewarm. It never got hot during my stay (of 4 days).

We stayed with our family during our three-day holiday. The rooms were clean, spacious, the toilet was very clean. Everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. The interns took great care of us and only minor renovations are needed. Our next holiday choice will be there again.

Place to crash while skiing It was a good place to stay for a few days while skiing. The reception was very helpful with ski rentals and transportation to the ski resort. The rooms could use a deep clean and the price didn't seem to match the value, but I'm overall happy with the friendly staff.

In my opinion, the best hotel to stay in Sarıkamış center in terms of price and performance is 5 minutes by car from the ski slopes.

The rooms were clean and big, the hotel was warm but the breakfast was almost no breakfast so.

Very normal The room was normal for the price. The biggest problem was the smell of cigarettes in the hallway and elevator. It felt like people were allowed to smoke in the rooms, which was not okay. It was also a bit noisy from outside, which makes me think the room was not soundproof. But other than that, the staff were kind and respectful, and I really appreciated that.

We originally planned to stay here for 1 night but booked some more days because we were staying longer in Malatya. The hotel and rooms are really clean. The bathroom and bedroom are spaceous and well-equipped. Mr Burçak in the lobby was also very friendly and helpfull to us at the check-in and helped us with our car.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and safe. It is walking distance to the markets and restaurants. It is also very near an area where you can get a taxi if need be. The breakfast is really wonderful as well. The hotel is unfortunately poor in terms of cleanliness. When we first entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. This was not nice for us who do not smoke. We stayed for 5 nights, the windows were open day and night to air it out, but it did not go away. We stayed here for one night and it was good. This hotel is in the centre of Elazig. The breakfast is on the rooftop. The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable because of the very low wash bassin. The hotel has a parking. The hotel personal helped my husband finding the parking and parked the car for us. My husband said it would otherwise have been very difficult!

The curtains are useless and the room remains very bright during the night. I found the pillows very uncomfortable (they are very thick). I found the room very hot and the heater couldn't be turned off. No table or desk where to sit comfortably with the laptop. The staff is very helpful. Very good location. Easy to find and to park.

Arriving in Kars after a grueling drive, Otel İpekyolu was a much-needed respite. The hotel's staff helped us to find a parking in front of hotel. While we didn't have the opportunity to explore other hotels in such a small city, the initial experience was positive and made for a restful start to our stay in Kars.

Great value Hotel. It has everything you would expect at this level. Ok breakfast, clean towels, good enough bed. It even had a mini desk in my room - so I could work on my laptop. My room was facing the street (noisy - price of being central) and like most hotel rooms in Turkey it smelled of smoke. They were happy to store my bike in the lobby.

We needed to book this room at the last minute and they fortunately had room available. Generally the room was pretty clean but the towels had some stains which is unpleasant. There is a small fridge in the room. The beds are comfy. It's suitable for a one night stay. The staff is helpful. Turkish breakfast is included in the price. It's a nice basic breakfast that kept our tummies full for the morning...
