Everything was nice , the staff served 24/7 with respect, the food was really good , the hotel is in 5 minutes walk away from the ski resort but you have free transport for the resort if you get a room , i would absolutely recommend going to this hotel

Friendly and solution-oriented staff. The rooms are clean, the Internet is not very fast as in the rest of the country. The gym is not big but it is clean. I think I went there 2 or 3 times and each time there was no one in the gym. There is drinking water and clean towels inside.

The room is not big, but clean, everything you need is there, a kettle, a hair dryer, a mini fridge, a TV, although we didn't use it because we don't know the language. Management concerned about electricity costs, so no AC or even just fans in the hallways or (small) elevators, making the hotel in general hot and stuffy with temps in the 90s outside. The hotel was not very clean. The bathroom had stained shower glass, dirty tiles, and a grimy toilet paper holder. The carpet in the room was stained. Breakfast was basic with only instant coffee, no coffee machine. The triple room was very small, leaving hardly any space to move with a large suitcase. Overall, it was not worth the price.
