We have just returned from the Diamond Excellence Resort, and we truly loved our stay! As we travel to Turkey twice a year and have stayed in many 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that this one is definitely among the best

We were very impressed with the hotel: the resort is compact and well designed, the food is delicious and varied, which is very important to us, the alcoholic beverages are of good quality, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable (we stayed in a family room)

He reacted immediately, put out the fire, handled the situation perfectly, and reassured us with great kindness while we were in shock. Thanks to such professionalism and care, our stay went wonderfully well

It’s always a real pleasure when a staff member remembers guests and their drink preferences among so many visitors, it makes the holiday experience even more enjoyable

Food was amazing and felt there's always things to do around. You get free umbrellas plus two seats at the beach. It's same at the pool and there was plenty of space

From entertaining the youngest at the pool ,or hosting great games like the beach volleybal super sweet people For sure coming back next year

Sunrise queen resort is an absolute must , great rooms beautifull views and pools and great service. And of course their animation team these guys work so hard to make your vacation experience so much better

The staff are awesome, they are friendly and attentive, and the pools were great. Still enjoyed our stay, but it could have lived up to the price tag better for me

Only down size would be that people will leave their belongings on the sun beds, then go enjoy their sleep in the rooms, knowing they have a sun bed to return to in the afternoon

In the morning on the 2nd day they knocked on the door and gave us a pink beach bag with the Delphin logo. At 1:30 am you can hear coughing in the next room. Access details are given at the reception upon check-in

Then we went for a walk around the hotel grounds and noticed that there are swimming pools there, where children are also not allowed, and that's okay - you just need to know that there are such restrictions

We were very happy, as we had hardly slept during the overnight flight. About age restrictions in the restaurant, pool. We went to the hotel restaurant, which is on the same floor as the reception

We got a room on the 5th floor with a wonderful view. The balcony of the room overlooks the main pool, which allowed us to see the shows that are held from above during the day

The girls work great, entertain the children, are very polite and friendly. It's good that there are Russian-speaking animators among them. There is a 40 cm deep paddling pool

This was our 2nd time at the Delphin chain of hotels, so the bracelet was green with a seven-digit number. If this had been our 6th time, we would have been given a silver bracelet. We were finally given a room at 10:40

Its location near the beach is ideal, offering stunning views and easy access to the sea

Excellent place for the 5 day retreat afterwards that included 350 people from around the world, as the food options are limitless, and the facility can easily handle the volume

Beautiful location, excellent Turkish spa facilities, a decent gym (for a hotel), lovely beach to walk, clear clean Aegean sea (can't beat that), sunsets and sunrises that take your breath away, excellent restaurants, but you have to reserve your times at least a week in advance (free is you stay a week)

The gym was incredibly well equipped. The pool was really nice and the access to the hotels own beach was really good

Fast service by pool for drinks, clever QR ordering system from sun lounger and delivered by server on roller blades - so fast! Communicate with your butler via WhatsApp, hugely convenient

We booked a bargain four day/ three night all inclusive break in late November. We didn't expect too much and really wasn't sure what would be happening at that time of year. However, we were totally blown away

It has it all the pool the gardens around the beach the water slides animation for all the guest and the restorants and both the beach bar and the pool bar were open all day until late at midnight

Everything about the hotel itself (room, food, service, cleanless, hospitality, swimming pool, sea, beach) is super, but the "objects" around on the territory of hotel is another story: 1

Spa on the territory of hotel does not deserve a positive opinion, because after the massage session the workers are creating stories about different illnesses and deadliest diseases, you get such "diagnosis" at the moment and the only way to be rapidly cured is to accept another massage for 80 EUR

Bar on the beach is fantastic, tasty juices, full access to cold mineral water, a lot of deckchairs, every Friday the workers organize a really great dinner in a national style with a lot of tasty dishes, with a lot of music, flags, balloons, smiles, that gives you positive mood and emotions

The management and the staf were super friendly. The room was basic it had all the required amenitues and it was cleaned daily. I want to go again there as this week there was the best in years

Food was generous and the drinks no limits all day. I would definitelly recomend it

The food was fantastic and had something for everyone (I travelled with the pickiest of eaters and she still had a full plate every night) don’t let the theme nights put you off there’s always a corner with a burger and chips! Great hotel all inclusive is definitely all inclusive. A few areas may need updating. Swimming pool is huge so plenty of room to swim. Indoor pool is great for a late afternoon swim and a Turkish bath

Rooms are very nice and clean with mini bar full with water, juice, beer. Bathroom have all the little perks like shampoo, soap etc. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea (if you choose a sea view room)

Do check out the sunrise from the terrace of the hotel next door!!!!The access to the beach very convenient. Always plenty of spaces to choose from and no need for towel fighting to secure your spot:))

Special attention to the swim up rooms, this is generally cool, the rooms are located on several floors, from which there is a view of the sea, the pools are on the balconies. I recommend booking these rooms

Pools - spotless, water and surrounding areas, cleaned constantly through your day, no spilled drinks, no rubbish, drips from pool mopped up regularly) we didn’t get his name but we sat mostly at main pool 5, but it was kept immaculate

Skater team - again at main pool 5, our skater guy knew our drinks order by second day, made us feel special and catered for so well

The hotel has a beautiful, well-kept territory and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly organized. Highly recommend for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation!

And the other bars don’t open until 8:00, 2, one of the bars did not have enough staff to deal with the amount of people that were waiting for drinks, it was only a small bar and everyone was there from either the fair or the mini disco
