Sunrise Queen Luxury Resort & Spa in Side

Avoid this hotel. We have been mis-sold, mis-led and scammed. We paid a few thousand pound. There are 12 pictures on the On the Beach website and only 2 out of the 12 pictures are real ie the kids club is real/representative and the bowling alley is possibly real (can not confirm if truly real/representative as the bowling alley was closed) Significant Concern 1- On the beach and sunrise website says Stunning floral-inspired modern rooms on the website. Please see attached pictures for comparison of the pictures advertised on On the beach and Sunrise Queen resort and what the actual decor, furnishings and standard of the rooms are actually like. None of the rooms regardless of the room type have the look, design, level of decor and/or furnishings as pictured on the On the beach or Sunrise website. I looked at the different room types in the hotel and they are the same decor/furnishing and standard as per the room we had. The hotel assistant reception manager-Seljuk and the guest relations manager- Marissa confirmed with myself and verbally on the phone to On the beach in resort team colleagues that the pictures are fake/false and they do not have any rooms like those pictures or advertised. They confirmed they have never looked like that and no rooms look like that currently. They said ring On the beach and change hotel if you like. The rooms are extremely basic rooms and nothing like those that are advertised which is why we have been mis-led, mis-sold and feel we were scammed. The family room that we were put in had a fridge that didn’t work, AC that didn’t work, hand wash dispensers didn’t work, the lights didn’t work, the door handle was damaged which posed a safety concern. The room was shoddy, not modern or fresh as advertised. The hotel does not even have any portable irons for you to iron your clothes. There was no running water to rooms for a few hours a day including toilet, shower or sink! I would not expect this from any hotel form On the beach never mind a supposed 5 star hotel. We were told all hotels in the area do not have water a few hours a day. This is not true as we asked other guests who had no issues with water supply. * Concern 2- Your website says 12 bars That’s false also there is was only 3 bars open. Concern 3: On the beach website says ‘Loads (we mean loads) of restaurants’ That’s false there were only 2 buffet restaurants that were open. We were unable to book the Al La Carte restaurant as every day they were either ‘closed or supposedly booked’ see pictured, we were told the Al La Carte restaurant’s were this L’Aspendos but it was permanently closed. * Concern 4- The bowling alley/arcade advertised was not open. * Major Concern 5- there was no running water to rooms for a few hours a day including toilet, shower or sink. I was with a baby, pregnant wife and an elderly person who is a cardiac and arthritis patient. We was told this is normal for this hotel and it happens to every room. Having said all t
