Sidemarin Kirman Premium - Ultra All Inclusive

Overall, I really liked the hotel. There are a few niggles, of course: 1. The lack of grounds (there are some, of course, but they're very small). 2. The room cleaning wasn't impressive at all; we left a tip, but it didn't help; the cleaning lady only stocked the minibar with juice. We didn't leave any more. 3. There's some issue with getting more food in the main restaurant. Due to new regulations, the staff serves the food in very small portions and pretends not to understand that you're asking for more. Maybe they're trying to save money—I don't know. Honestly, it was really annoying. For example, I'd show him to put more cherry tomatoes on his plate, he'd put two on his plate and give them back, I'd show him what else I wanted, and he'd put two more on his plate. It's the same with everything except the French fries (which no one eats anymore except the kids). 4. The gym isn't great. They don't turn on the air conditioning, and it feels like you're running in a sauna. 5. The problem with this area is its complete devastation. It's scary to leave the hotel; there's construction everywhere, garbage dumps, and those shops selling fake stuff. It's not exactly a sight to behold. The positives outweigh the negatives: the abundance and variety of food, everything new every day, and the food is truly delicious (not goulash like you get in many places). We had an ice cream man come over, and they were always grilling amazing food. A granny made some kind of stone-baked flatbreads. There are plenty of bars near the water; they'll bring you whatever you want. There's a great water park with cool slides, but they're definitely not for kids. The sea is crystal clear, with a pontoon and sun loungers; I really liked that you could go down into the sea without having to walk along the uneven seabed. There's a small shop with everything you need on site. And of course, the hotel itself deserves special mention—it's stylish and modern. Drinking coffee in the cafe is a feast for the eyes. Such thoughtful details, it's a fairy tale. Everything is brand new. Mostly Germans come here for vacations.

We had an incredible time at the resort! The property was beautiful, clean, and relaxing — perfect for a getaway. What truly stood out was the outstanding staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless. Our family of four had a fantastic holiday. The kids loved the slides, the playground and the evening mini disco. The buffet offered a huge variety, even for picky eaters. The staff was always smiling and helpful. We would definitely return!

I spent an unforgettable week at the resort, and what truly stood out was the warm, welcoming atmosphere — not only because of the beautiful place itself, but thanks to the amazing animation team. Every day was filled with positive vibes, fun activities, and great energy.

One of the animators, Imran, deserves a special mention. He was always kind, respectful, and full of energy. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. People like him really bring life to the vacation experience!

From the daytime games to the evening shows, everything was well-organized and full of spirit. The animation team has a great talent for bringing people together — regardless of age or background. Huge thanks to the whole crew for making the stay truly special!

The resort itself was also fantastic: clean rooms, high-quality service, delicious and varied food. You can feel that the staff really cares about the guests.

Excellent vacation! We spent 6 days at the hotel and everything was just as we imagined. The rooms were clean and tastefully furnished, the food was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were kind and helpful. The outdoor area was always clean and well-maintained, including the pools. The hotel's location is excellent, with many shopping opportunities nearby.

We would especially like to thank Mr. Halid, who was in charge of the bar and service on the pier. He was always kind, attentive, professional, and very hardworking. Many times, he walked around the pier asking guests if everything was okay or if they needed anything. He was the only one who took the initiative to mix cocktails for guests, and they tasted excellent and were very popular. He truly deserves recognition for his work. We send him our regards.

The only downside were the slow elevators, which took us on a tour around the whole hotel 😄.

The property was very clean, in the room and also the restaurant and pool areas. The staff was always friendly. Unfortunately not everyone could speak German/English but we were able to communicate our needs.

The staff were incredible here and really looked after us. All staff, from housekeeping to waiting staff to the heads of teams were so friendly and just so welcoming. They made such an effort with my entire family. Cannot recommend this report enough.

Good hotel near Side, about a 45-minute walk, with every comfort you could wish for, except for down pillows. Comfortable and tastefully furnished rooms.

Very good food, good coffee, and an exemplary all-inclusive package. A huge pool,

a fine, well-maintained sandy beach, and food and drinks everywhere, and so on....super!!

A highlight of the hotel is a very large platform built into the sea for lying and relaxing in absolute peace.

I've stayed in many hotels in Turkey and elsewhere, and this one stands out from the rest in a pleasant way. If it had a larger garden and down pillows, and a friendlier and more patient bellboy who showed me to my room, I would give it top marks. Perhaps things will go a little better next time...
