We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel’s location is perfect – the beach is nearby, and there are buses close to the hotel that take you to different cities like Side and Manavgat in just 15–20 minutes.
Our room was large, clean, and beautifully decorated. As a special touch, we even received small gifts in the room, which made us feel truly welcome.
The staff deserve a special mention – they are absolutely wonderful! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. They always go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and happy. Thanks to their kindness and attention, we felt completely at home and very well looked after.
The gastronomy is excellent. There’s always something delicious to eat – the buffet is varied and fresh, and even late at night you can enjoy à la carte dining at no extra cost. It’s truly all-inclusive, with food available almost around the clock.
As for activities and entertainment, the hotel sends a daily program via WhatsApp or you can get a printed version from guest relations, which is great. However, a weekly overview and a floor plan in the room would make planning easier. There could also be a few more daytime activities for adults, though there’s plenty to do for children. Every evening there’s entertainment such as dance shows or a DJ, and each night is different, which keeps things exciting.
Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with great food, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. We truly felt like royalty and had a wonderful holiday!

The staff are most attentive. There could be more spice in the food and they could theme the food by day as it was all pretty similar most days. Also it caters more towards German tourists as everything is in Euros and the staff speak more German than English however this was not a problem for us. The facilities including pools, rooms, bar, gaming room and spa are fantastic. We had an excellent holiday here and would love to go again.

We had our honeymoon here, and it was truly amazing. The food is delicious, the rooms, pools and buildings are all very clean. The staff is super nice.

At the end of September, I stayed at Kirman Side with my family, and I definitely won’t be coming back.
Firstly, the animation is extremely poor compared to other resorts – basically, it doesn’t exist.
Secondly, the sea access is bad: for the first 50 meters it’s sand, and then there are huge stones and boulders, on which you can easily hurt your feet.
Thirdly – theft! On the very first day, we reported that a shirt had gone missing on the beach. The staff assured us: “We’ll look for it, and if we find it, we’ll bring it to your room.” But during the following 3–4 days, nobody contacted us. We had to go to reception and guest relations again. At first, they said they would check the cameras, but at the same time they didn’t even ask us for the exact location – as if they weren’t going to check at all. Later, they even called us at midnight (12:00 a.m.), saying they had some information about the shirt. We asked to discuss it in the morning, and when we came down, it turned out they had no information after all.
After that, an expensive face cream went missing from my room. I reported it as well, but in the end, I was told that the hotel does not take responsibility for lost items and that all valuables must be kept in the safe.
Because of all this, the overall impression of the stay was very unpleasant. I do not recommend this hotel!

Overall, I really liked the hotel. There are a few niggles, of course: 1. The lack of grounds (there are some, of course, but they're very small). 2. The room cleaning wasn't impressive at all; we left a tip, but it didn't help; the cleaning lady only stocked the minibar with juice. We didn't leave any more. 3. There's some issue with getting more food in the main restaurant. Due to new regulations, the staff serves the food in very small portions and pretends not to understand that you're asking for more. Maybe they're trying to save money—I don't know. Honestly, it was really annoying. For example, I'd show him to put more cherry tomatoes on his plate, he'd put two on his plate and give them back, I'd show him what else I wanted, and he'd put two more on his plate. It's the same with everything except the French fries (which no one eats anymore except the kids). 4. The gym isn't great. They don't turn on the air conditioning, and it feels like you're running in a sauna. 5. The problem with this area is its complete devastation. It's scary to leave the hotel; there's construction everywhere, garbage dumps, and those shops selling fake stuff. It's not exactly a sight to behold. The positives outweigh the negatives: the abundance and variety of food, everything new every day, and the food is truly delicious (not goulash like you get in many places). We had an ice cream man come over, and they were always grilling amazing food. A granny made some kind of stone-baked flatbreads. There are plenty of bars near the water; they'll bring you whatever you want. There's a great water park with cool slides, but they're definitely not for kids. The sea is crystal clear, with a pontoon and sun loungers; I really liked that you could go down into the sea without having to walk along the uneven seabed. There's a small shop with everything you need on site. And of course, the hotel itself deserves special mention—it's stylish and modern. Drinking coffee in the cafe is a feast for the eyes. Such thoughtful details, it's a fairy tale. Everything is brand new. Mostly Germans come here for vacations.

We had an incredible time at the resort! The property was beautiful, clean, and relaxing — perfect for a getaway. What truly stood out was the outstanding staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless. The hotel has an excellent location close to the beach with fantastic food throughout the day. The pier is especially fantastic with with beach bar and plenty of sun loungers to go around the quests.
We would like to thank the reception staff and cleaners after our son became suddenly ill. The cleaners were prompt to clean the rooms and replace all towels and bedding. Thank you 😊
The daytime and evening entertainment team need a special congratulations for making lots of lovely memories throughout our stay.

Our family of four had a fantastic holiday. The kids loved the slides, the playground and the evening mini disco. The buffet offered a huge variety, even for picky eaters. The staff was always smiling and helpful. We would definitely return!
