Hi arrived on 6 Feb for one week on my own i have been to this hotel before with my husband.so I decided to come back for a break after the lose of my husband 6 months when i arrived the reception was lovely i have a lovely room but on the Saturday night thay was live music so i went but everything changed it was music for the German all night and i was the only English person thay staying in this hotel whot a night mere from start to finish so i decided to go to reception and report this matter but the next morning i had to go to see someone about the matter and i explained i am English and would like some English music playing not all German music but after i seen.this person i found out that she is German to so that didn't help it will be brushed under the carpet also garman reserved thay table by giving tips and putting drinks on table for them this is bad enough so be very careful when you book if you are English person look for something else i will be making a full complain i do feel like i should be here because of this

amazing been here 6 times in the last 2 years outstanding stuff and entertainment especially Alberto on the entertainment team Rooms amazing I've had many different styles of rooms very clean and mini bar stocked daily food very good and many different foods on Thursday they have Turkish night and the lamb is amazing would highly recommend the bar staff and waiters are amazing an so helpful

Hotel is lovely, staff are fantastic. Willing to go above and beyond. Food is top notch, nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be returning. Entertainment is brilliant, thank you for alberto for really good service, also very nice person, allways smilng and goes above and beyond. City also very good, bus service vry good, i lovethe hotel, can't wait to return.

I had a great time at this hotel, the service was good, there is a lot to do in the hotel, I didn’t get bored. The entertainment nights were fun. The staff are friendly, Alberto is great he made the stay enjoyable and fun !

The location is ideal, the way we could improve the entertainment is having a bar available as table service takes time. Very clean in the room and great cleaning staff! Entertainment team try with what they have need to cater for all languages tho as we are English and felt a bit left out, ILKE made an effort to come speak to us personally.

Hi not long home from a wk in this hotel .every member of staff were so lovely and very polite & helpful. But they were only want to speak German the hotel was 99.9% full of german people all the signs ect were all in german .they do not cater for british customers the hotel is lovely & clean but we wont waste our money going back
