DO NOT EVEN THINK TO STAY HERE AS THIS PLACE LITTERED AND FULL OF MOULD. All pics that they showing on website is been taken may be 10-15 years ago so now they haven’t been maintained for years. There is none safety or hygiene standards as they always looking to rob your money and will smile. Forget about room service as they promised in beginning and breakfast so bad. TV is not working in most rooms. Please please please do not believe to the manager whatsoever he’s promised and how good is he smiles.

DO NOT BOOK THIS "HOTEL" – it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, the room wasn’t ready, but that was the least of our problems. The entire place reeked of sewage and mold to the point that I literally vomited. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom was damp and disgusting, the toilet and seat were visibly dirty, and the hydro-massage tub was covered in grime and clearly hadn’t been cleaned.

The window screen was broken and hanging off, the lock on the door didn’t work properly, and the whole room felt unsafe and neglected. To make things worse, people were smoking in the lobby, making the first impression even worse.

We left immediately and paid for a new hotel ourselves. I asked for a refund, but it was refused.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Avoid at all costs.

This Place Should Be Shut Down ASAP – Filthy, Unsafe, and Completely Unacceptable.
This hotel is a health and safety nightmare! Rooms are filthy, with used towels and trash left behind. No hot water at all, broken toilet, and exposed electrical wires near wate (shower). Staff are unprofessional and rude. smoking everywhere, including lobby and hallways and inside rooms when they cleaned, (One of the employees threatened me when I asked to change the room), he need 2€ for coffee and i have a free breakfast ( I didn’t eat anything cause it’s dirty) I've attached pictures of the terrible conditions. Bed are used for more than 20 years it’s totally uncomfortable, Do not book this hotel! (If you’re already booked cancel ASAP). Authorities should take action - Istanbul Municipality or Police should be notified to shut it down ASAP!, you can send some inspection from your site. And i have videos and pictures ( I attached some photos and i have many others ugly photos).
My advice is to find another hotel if you already booked.

Great Location, Top-Notch Service! Our stay at the Istanbul Palace Hotel was perfect. Being right in the heart of Fatih, within walking distance of historical sites, is a huge plus. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a jacuzzi. Access to platforms like Netflix and YouTube was a nice touch. Complimentary fruit and snacks and room service made us feel very special. The front desk was available 24/7. We will choose this hotel again. Thank you!

Absolutely filthy. The already filthy room hadn't been cleaned in four days. They didn't even take out the trash or replenish toilet paper or amenities. It was impossible to complain to the staff who only spoke Turkish. The bathroom door didn't close; you had to sit on the toilet and have the door facing you to maintain privacy. The sink leaked and flooded the entire floor, leaving you with nothing to dry with. The hairdryer, installed so poorly that it couldn't be unplugged, already made us fear for our lives if it fell into the flooded floor. A pitiful breakfast in the room, and the tray was never removed and was filled with ants. Cats everywhere, making it hard to sleep (even in the hallways). TERRIFYING.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY WITH THIS PLACE!
Absolutely attroucious hotel I have ever stayed at, if you even want to call it a hotel. If I could rate this place a 0 i really would. Even then it would be an understatement. Do not recommend staying at to say the least. The absolute horror you will experience when it comes to cleanliness, the toilet isnt even attached to the floor properly and it moves around when u sit on it, with the seat coming off. When you flush the toilet the sewage water is coming out the bottom of the toilet sides. We woke up to a cockroach in our room. I hope that paints the picture enough for you all.

When we first checked into the hotel room we came in to find the room blazing hot with the heating on full blast not to mention it was a very hot day as it was. The have an AC in the room that does not work. The customer service is very bad. After we complained about the above mentioned the clerk Abdurahman had the audacity to say we can give you another room which you have to pay extra for.

I was livid at the cheek this clerk had and told him your basic necessities advertised on your post have not even scratched the surface and he saw this and assured me that all issues will be sorted by the next morning to which nothing came of it. I believe they just say that they will solve it to deescalate the situation and not actually solve it.

I want my money back!

It was the worst experience we had in Istanbul. The room I booked when I arrived had no windows. And it smelled musty. The bathroom was not clean at all and the bed was all dirty, full of stains and hair. I asked to exchange it and the guy forced me to pay another €30 in cash. We went to another one and it was the same but this time it had a window.
