My Holiday Time Hotel in Istanbul

Hello,
I had reservation at my holiday hotel in Istanbul from September 30 to October 4, when we arrived the host asked us to cancel the booking and he will do 5 $ discount, but I didn’t agree on that caz booking was more save for me. The room was not cleaned, the sink was dirty and I asked them to clean it up , they did it but in the evening when we went to sleep i saw that all the sheets and pillows were dirty and had smell, I asked the host to change it but he started shouting at me and even said that he will call the police if I don’t go to sleep and so on… i was even agreed on calling police but he didn’t do it. I wanted to check my booking but saw that he cancelled it without my agreement even i had already paid him all the money. I don’t know how he could do that but my booking was cancelled and he was telling me that I could go everywhere if I didn’t like the hotel, because of asking him the clean room. Unfortunately I can’t write review because he canceled my booking without my permission and even he took money from those rooms. fortunately I could take back other 3 days payment, but the host made me in very difficult situations. He was rude and the hotel was not clean at all. He just destroyed my holiday 😶
