The hotel is five minutes from the square and all the cafes and shops. At first, it seems like it's down an inconspicuous side street, but then you realize how conveniently located it is. All excursions are picked up from here, and the tram stop is nearby. We left and went for a walk, and all the sights are nearby. The breakfasts are so delicious, there's plenty of choice, you won't go hungry. There's no TV in the room; we watched Russian channels online, and everything worked fine.

Room were good size however bathroom were slightly on the small size. Breakfast could do with a little bit more choice. The reception staff were great and helpful.

Really good one. Glad we took a decision to chiose this hotel. Tasty breakfast, quiet place, perfect view on Marble see from terrace.

Service was excellent so no problems at all with the staff. This place needs some attention because it's worn out. Previous reviews mention a little scam going on at Rumours Inn and it happened to me also. The room that they put us in had no cooling on the ac and the bed was broken in the center. After spending an hour in the room the ac shut off all together. Upon asking for another room I was informed I would have to pay additional. The additional money got me a room that had poor cooling and a decent bed. Breakfast buffet was good but the fabric chairs in the dining area are filthy. Flooring throughout the building is badly deteriorated.

I arrived very late & was given a room on the top floor. There are no elevators so I had to ask reception to help with my carryon which they gladly helped. The room is a nice size with old furnitures. The ceiling light was not bright so I needed to plug the bedside ones as well. Bathroom is a bit moldy and the towels some are stained. The bathmat’s ends are frail already and should be retired. Bed you can tell is also need replacing as it is lopsided. One thing I do like is the free breakfast & location.

This hotel is in great location walking distance to main attractions and close to metro and tram station. Good breakfast and nice staff.

Did not view from the balcony this time , but was good on our last visit , will try and view again on our stay on the 25/26Oct .The hotel is positioned so well to see the main sites and only a short walk with cafes , shops , restaurants close by

Disappointing Experience – Do Not Recommend
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was in terrible condition — dirty, neglected, and nothing like the photos. The bedding, which should have been white, was a worn-out yellow, and the curtains were ripped. The entire room felt more like a prison cell than a place to relax. I left immediately and chose not to stay even one night.
Unfortunately, because I booked through ******* as a non-refundable reservation, I wasn’t able to get a refund — but I would strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel. It was not worth the money or the stress.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel with my father for 7 days. The location is impeccable. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the hippodrome and it was really worth it. The breakfast was also very good and varied and the view was just wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was its kind, professional and friendly staff. Everyone, from the ladies who prepared breakfast, to the house keepers, to the receptionists, were all extremely warm and friendly. Mr. Mesut, the manager was incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of good guidance on what to do and see. He was really polite, kind nad professional. I can't say enough about how welcome him and his team made us feel. Next time we are in Istanbul, we will do our best to book a room with them again. 5 stars.

small and nice hotel very central, easy to get around in every part of the city. the staff is polite and kind I was in Istanbul for work and a bit of vacation I managed to do both without problems. they recommended me a place not very touristy and very Turkish and I was able to play a bit.. thank

Very safe hotel , with a great location, i was very comfortable living in it because its beside a police station.
Negatives :
- elevator is too small , it can take 3 maximum without the bags
- breakfast is not varied, repeated , everyday the same food, with a very very small changes
- food is too expensive, i bought a Sandwich for 600TL
Positives :
- Ali is a great guy , helped me a lot , i hope for him a good day
- staff is very cooperative and friendly thanks to them
- the hotel takes the customer reviews seriously

What can I say about this hotel, pure hospitality and a must stay when your in Istanbul. Take it from me the service is special especially Mehmut and Sena who always greet you and take care of you whenever you need. Sena especially well done! The breakfast is fresh whenever you need no matter what time you get up. If you need a top up a fresh portion it will be made for you.
