Our stay at the hotel was short but the service was great and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was absolutely delightful

The only good thing about this hotel is its location — it’s close to the tourist area but situated on a very quiet part of the street. The breakfast was decent, but unfortunately they only served instant coffee and tea.
Our room was in poor condition: the key-card holder was faulty and the card kept falling out, which repeatedly cut the electricity and the air conditioning. The air conditioner made awful noises and barely worked. The blinds were partially broken, the drawers under the sink were damaged, and the toilet leaked.
We had booked a room with a Jacuzzi and expected to use it. On the day of arrival we were told that two people couldn’t use the Jacuzzi at the same time — fine, only one person used it, but the Jacuzzi was broken and all the water spilled onto the floor. Did the staff help clean it up? No — they gave us a mop and told us to clean it ourselves.
Overall, a disappointing stay: fantastic location, but the room’s condition and the lack of help from staff made the experience unpleasant.

Temizlik ve bilgilendirme yetersiz
Kumsal Butik Otel’de fiyatlar normaldi. Genel olarak güzeldi diyebilirim. Ancak girişte kötü bir koku vardı ve temizlik konusunda yetersizdi. 3 gün boyunca odada temizlik yapılmadı. Sabah kahvaltısının aşağıda olacağını sanmıştık, fakat bilgi verilmedi. Masada kimse yoktu birine sorduğumda kahvaltının başka bir yerde olduğunu öğrendik, bu yüzden biraz geç kaldık. Samimiyet konusunda da eksiklik hissettik.

My friend and I had a nice 1 night stay at this hotel in April. It was a peaceful place. We enjoyed a nice run around the island in the morning before breakfast. The hotel shares the breakfast space with another hotel. It was a nice place to have breakfast and it felt very luxurious. If you are considering an overnight stay, I would recommend it because you can enjoy the morning - running, walking or riding a bike before the day crowds arrive. The hotel is on a quiet street and easy to find. We're looking forward to going back.

Friendly staff, great location. Breakfast are served by the sea and the rooms are süper cozy with balcony and patio options. internet connection was not good but that was not a problem from our side

It would not be a lie if I say that I got all my luck this summer by discovering Kumsal Boutique Hotel. It is safe, comfortable, high quality but also makes you feel like a family. I can say that it is the best hotel of the island in every sense because I really visited almost all of them. Whether you want a room to rest your head at night or want to rest all day long, there is an option to meet all of them. It's the only place I'll go, summer or winter. Staff are friendly and experienced, rooms are clean, breakfast is great. I have stayed twice, both times, thank you very much to Mr. Murat, who welcomed us as if we had been going for years, and took care of him by making us feel special and warm.
