+ The room and location was great, as well as the bathroom. I recommend this hotel to those who wish to be at the center of the city.

This is probably be one of the worst experiences in terms of cleaning and facilities. By magic the elevator stops working after 8pm and just after complaining they make it work. The only positive side is the location other than this I do not recommend the hotel.

My friend and I stayed for three nights at the beginning of March. It's in a really good location. The price was reasonable for the area. We were only kept waiting for about two hours because they hadn't provided us with clean towels and sheets at the check-in time. Still, we left our luggage on the ground floor and had no problems there. The door didn't lock the first day. When we reported it, it had been fixed by the time we arrived. The rooms had been renovated and were quite adequate for two people. When we requested towels and slippers, they were left in the room, but nothing was returned. The hotel felt a bit unsafe from the outside, but we didn't experience any problems during our four-day stay. The only thing that can make your sleep a little disturbed is the tavern upstairs.

If you are a family, do not go if you have children, but do not go. There is neither cleanliness, nor hygiene, nor comfort, nothing here. He told me to stay away from this business. 4 days went by.

Worst experience in a hotel!
The staff already speak only Turkish (neither French nor English) and moreover very rude! It's incredible!!!
In this time of Covid, cleanliness is not the rule and no one is listening! To believe that they are only there to extract your money!
The food at the hotel is bland and they don't even honor orders! Often we order a dish and no one comes !!!

TO FLEE !!!!!!

The hotel was renovated 2 years ago, it was very bad when I came, but it has changed hands, the new owners have really made the hotel great.
