We had good stay in Eresin hotel, bed was very comfortable and big, room was clean and tidy but unfortunately when we asked for cleaning we didnot get it :(
WiFi was also challenging, always have to rely on mobile data for work.
But overall it is a good place to stay

The service by the employees was terrible besides one of the morning shift employees. I am assuming the manager.

I requested an early check in, they informed me that I will have to pay extra, which I did. When I arrived in the morning they said the room is not ready and I had to wait in the parking lot for 2 hours for them to prepare it.

The room is very very small and crowded unlike what is stated that it is 22 sqm, it is 16 sqm at most.

I paid for a larger room and yet I was provided with a smaller one.

There is no bellboy nor is there a trolley to carry your luggage. You have to do carry it yourself all the way from the parking lot.

Location is horrible and hard to drive through to get to the hotel.

Only positive is the nearby supermarkets and restaurants.

We chose this hotel for our trip to Istanbul. The location is excellent; trams run until midnight, and it's just a 3-minute walk from the tram stop. We drove and left our car in the hotel's parking lot for three days. The parking area can accommodate about 7-8 vehicles. The cleanliness was impressive; we had absolutely no issues regarding hygiene, even though my wife is quite particular about such things. For initial entry, staff open a locked door, and then guests use their room key cards, which provides a great sense of security.

A very warm welcome. The management is polite, and the staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. The city center is just a 20-minute ride away on a single public transport line, which is certainly not a drawback. Despite its small size, the establishment consistently maintains a high level of professionalism.

Amazing rooms for a good price, all of the staff is very responsive and friendly. Do not expect full resort service since it is express, but do expect great rooms with a nice bathroom. We will definitely come back.
