A small family hotel near the old city center so the main points of interest are within walking distance. There is also a metro station just 150 m away and a multitude of restaurants just around the corner. We got a rich Turkish breakfast, and the service has been very kind. Check-in is open 24 hours. We had booked a superior room which we recommend. Standard rooms are very small and may not have a window. Our room and our bathroom were nicely renovated and very clean. However, since it is an old building, walls are very thin and the shower's water temperature was not constant. Overall still a recommendation.

Most of the staff were nice though and helped us whenever we needed something. But all in all, it was hard to relax during the stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room was immaculate, the service was outstanding, but what really set this place apart was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. On the day of our departure, they even allowed us to use the room after checkout until our taxi arrived to take us to the airport. This thoughtful gesture made our departure stress-free and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service and hospitality.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights in this small family-run guesthouse, with an adjoining restaurant that also serves as a breakfast room, where the warmth, kindness and courtesy of the family that runs the facility will hit you straight in the heart. The hotel, located in the Fatih district, in a folkloristic tourist area, is convenient for public transport: it is about 10' from the T1 tram with which you can move around the city (Beyazit-Kapaliçarşi stop, the Grand Bazaar stop), near the 'is the Kumkapi train station and about 15' away is the Yenikapi metro station. But even with a walk Sultanahmet and its attractions can be reached in about 15'. We booked a superior room, very warm and comfortable with a traditional, freshly prepared breakfast (freshly baked bread, omelette or menemen, olives, different cheeses, homemade jams and butter). The hospitality is exceptional and the desire to satisfy the guest is typical and authentic, fulfilling some different requests with kindness and always with a smile. Our first experience in Istanbul will remain forever imprinted not only for the uniqueness of this beautiful city but also thanks to the beauty of the simple things and the sweetness of the gestures of this family; gestures that have remained intact in this small corner of Türkiye. Strongly recommended.

Although I was assigned a different room than my original booking, I accepted it because of the staff attitude and respect. They offer other options including another hotel and refund but I was tired and didn’t want to waste more time and I believe it was ******* mistake.

A very friendly hotel. very caring owners. We arrived on the evening of election day, but they still fed us, gave us something to drink and treated us to baklava. My brother had an exam two days in a row, and I had to print out the assignments. The owners had a broken printer, but nevertheless they solved our problem and printed everything in another place very quickly. They will always help. They treated us very warmly. When you come here, you come to visit a caring family. Breakfast is delicious and hot, they start preparing as soon as you sit down at the table. There are many cafes around and close to attractions, shops and pharmacies.
