Good location right in front of the metro. Its only drawback is that the rooms lack soundproofing; when people talk in the lobby, it's as if they're inside the room. All the staff are wonderful and cheerful.

We received a warm welcome, and the hosts were very welcoming. The hotel is very clean – the rooms, reception, and dining room. You can sleep soundly at night – there are no crowded areas nearby, just a little road noise.
Breakfast was good – everything was fresh and delicious. I really liked the soup; the only things I missed were some lettuce and maybe some fruit.

It's conveniently located near the station. The area is a busy shopping district, so there are plenty of places to eat. The breakfast is also reasonably priced.

The hotel is well located, close to the metro and tram. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean, but there's a slight smell of sewage. If you're only staying overnight, it's perfectly fine for the price.

The hotel is easy to find, as it's located right in front of the metro station. The room was clean and very comfortable. The view from the window was wonderful. The lady at the reception was very friendly.

Hotel did not give water till asked. Only liquid soap which dried your hands. Refrigerator does not work. Today at breakfast no fried egg since that’s the main dish in breakfast. They told me no more it’s finished. It’s only 9:20 am and bf ends at 10 am. Horrible service. Rooms v old. Attitude of workers in kitchen bad. Same breakfast everyday no fruites , no variety. Horrible rooms. Never ever would I stay here again

Great stop over hotel in Istanbul
I had a stop over in Istanbul for one night, so just literally needed a hotel for a single night, with the intention of spending the next day around the city. I have been to Istanbul many times, so was familiar with the area etc. I picked this hotel because it is close to the metro and tram facilities. It took longer than expected to get in from the new airport, so I didn't check in till midnight this was not a problem. They were expecting me, and in moments I had my key card and was shown to my room. Size wise the room was totally fine, as I said I just needed a few hours of sleep and get ready for an early start. All the features as specified, fridge, air con etc.
In the morning I had the breakfast, was good pretty much what I was expecting. Had some toast and tea and was ready to get going.

The staff was nice, the location is the best thing about this hotel. However, there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, it was noisy at night that I couldn't sleep especially during the weekend. The morning meal did not have many choices but generally I enjoyed my stay in Istanbul.

The employees very nice the rooms is very clean and comfortable it is very close to metro 🚇 area and there are many close restaurants and shopping centers close by we have amazing experience 😀 the location of the hotel 🏨 is wonderful ,
