- - The air conditioner in the room was leaking and water was dripping on the bedside table near the headboard. The hotel manager "fixed" the problem by putting a rag on the floor to absorb the dripping water. - Bad soundproofing of the rooms, you constantly hear people walking and talking behind the walls. - Breakfast is poor and tasteless. The cheapest food is served in small quantities. - There are no glasses, kettle, tea in the room. - The hotel staff is tense and unfriendly, although they do smile with strained smiles.

Nice place to stay in Istanbul. The host is very nice too. You can ask any questions about Istanbul or turkey, they’ll do the best to answer for you. I’m sure if I were back, I’ll stay here again.❤️

Horrible hotel! We arrived early at the hotel and we went to the reception to check if it's possible to check in early or if we can at least store our luggage at the hotel until the checkin time. We were aware this might not be possible , but we just wanted to ask. We were sent outside with no manners at all, clearly with verbal violence and shouts, but no physical violence, at least. No explanation was given, no civilized conversation was possible with the receptionist. After all this, we were afraid to come back at the hotel at the checkin time, but they tried to charge our card via the Booking app. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

Nice and cozy place, perfect for those who don't seek fancy stays. Clean and neat,the host is super nice.. always offers help. Speaks English very well which is important for me as I don't speak Turkish..
The location is perfect in the center of the old city .. there is a very close super market..exchange office and resturants

Our friends and my wife and I were already several times in the Anadolu Hotel and to have us always very well and at home felt. Very nice, friendly and always helpful staff. On the cozy terrace you can eat any time of the day is very inexpensive and very good. Our friends and we will definitely come back!

Hotel very well located in a quiet area. Good welcome, very friendly staff. Clean room (sheets and towels changed daily), the room of the 3rd floor, especially nice with its terrace, view on the hagia Sophia... rich breakfast.
