If this is how they treat paying customers, then something is seriously wrong. The only reason the guest even got their room was because Agoda stepped in and fought for them.
My advice? Stay far away. Don’t even think about booking directly with this place. The way they handle bookings is unacceptable, unprofessional, and leaves travellers feeling cheated and disrespected.
This kind of behaviour embarrasses the country and destroys trust in local hospitality. Do better!!
