While the stay wasn’t entirely bad, the cleanliness significantly affected our experience. With better maintenance and attention to hygiene, this place could be more enjoyable.
I had someone come in at 4:30 am to clean the room because “they assumed I had checked out”. To put it in a clear as water way, at 4:30 am a stranger LITERALLY walked into my room while I was asleep. If I were a woman (or a man)… I’d be very weary for my wellbeing if I had to stay again in this hellhole.
Un polite, aggressive and pompous staff, that clearly don’t communicate with one another after the shift changes.
Simply the worst hotel probably in turkey…
