Additional information- Children from 6 years old to 11 yo can stay in extra bed on request for 10euros pppn- Children 12 years old over 12 years old are considered as an adult. We ordered and they forgot to bring the food even though they written it on a paper when they took the order , bad experience unfortunately, i did not tried the hotel.
Also, furnishings are contemporary, but sadly unpractical and take up space in a small room.
Cleaning - staff clean until 4pm. Toiletries are seldom replished unless you ask.
Reception - English-speaking and readily available staff, but don't expect them to greet you and to smile. It it not part of the culture there it seems.
Breakfast - nice and friendly staff, especially Buraq. Good and fresh food daily. Turkish and other varieties served. You can also ask the chef to prepare you eggs served as you like, but note that special coffee orders are charged extra.
Location - excellent. Right next door to the metro and bus station. Can also get a yellow taxi easily. It is also a 4 minute walk to the mall (Capitol).
Unlike many older hotels in Istanbul, this hotel stands out with its modernity and renovation, making it an ideal choice for accommodation. The location was very convenient for business purposes, and the prices were competitive compared to the high-quality services provided.
The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Cleanliness was evident in every corner of the hotel, from the rooms to the bathrooms and hallways.
Honestly, everything about this hotel was fantastic, and if I could give it more than five stars, I would do so without hesitation. I will definitely return to this hotel for my future visits to Istanbul. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the city.
