Puffin Suites & Rooms in Istanbul

Shady business! Beware! Made a reservation via another platform, they confirmed it, the next day they sent me a message on Whatsapp telling me that I need to update my card information and that my card is not valid and I need to reply to them on Whatsapp, which is a joke considering the fact that the same day I did 4 reservations (3 for Istanbul and 1 for Izmir) and no hotel found my card information wrong only them (more so as they already confirmed my reservation beforehand). Even shadier is the fact that they state 'only cash payment accepted', so why would they need my credit card information anyway!? The phone number that contacted me on Whatsapp is the same number as they have listed officially on the channels where you can book them. No message sent on the official platform, but directly on Whatsapp. This is the cheapest reservation I did for Istanbul, and only for 1 night, as I needed a place to be relatively close to the metro to get back to the airport, but the small price also comes with risks I can see! There's plenty of other hotels in Istanbul. Nothing lost here.

Subpar.
Even though we arrived nearly four hours later than scheduled, the room still smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and we later realized the smell had permeated the bed and pillows. Since we were only staying one night, we spent the day outside, and even though we left the window open, the smell didn't go away. There was also only half-used toilet paper left. I don't think I'd stay there again.

To much noise
There is a bar near by the otel always plays music if you want to sleep not the best option.
