We stayed at this hotel as it was part of a surgery package my wife had booked. Designed to cater particularly to surgical visitors with a 24/7 infirmary. Suites are excellent with full kitchen, large bathroom with walk in shower and bedroom with king size bed. It makes for a comfortable stay whilst recovering from surgery. The room is nice and the location is good, but the king-size bed room has two single beds put together. When I sleep, there are sockets and switches directly above me. The pillows are also very hard. I got a stiff neck one night.

The apartment was very large and very nice, but it needed to be cleaned better, and the room smelled of tobacco even though it was marked as non-smoking. Everything else was fine.

Overall good experience, great staff that have been extremely helpful with assisting us getting a wheelchair up and down the ramps and ordering food for us , good selection on complimentary breakfast. Only problem has been bathroom maintenance issues and lack of utensils in the kitchen area and no way to reheat food in the stove top that is provided.

I booked this hotel apartment for a business trip. It's very close to the ATAKOY SIRINEVLER metro station, and there's a SOK supermarket and local specialty restaurants nearby. The stay was generally fine and the location is very good, just a 5-minute walk to Sultanahmet. However, the room is not well soundproofed — I could easily hear people talking in nearby rooms and noise from the lobby, which was a bit disturbing. Also, the water pressure in the shower was quite low. Other than these issues, the stay was okay.

Incredible experience at this hotel. We got there on a very early flight and they let us check in at 8am! The staff were super nice and helpful. Located in a very busy area, just about a 10 minute walk from all the major attractions like the Hagia sophia and the Blue Mosque. Rooms were spacious and very clean. there's a daily cleaning service. Its also across the road from the Tram. The staff were very helpful as well. And there are plenty of restaurants around as well.

It's great value for money; unlike other hotels that are so opportunistic, they don't extend your vacation time like crazy just because there's an exhibition.

The room was large, bright, clean, and tidy. It was conveniently located near the subway and airport bus stations, as well as the Istanbul Exhibition Center.

The hotel room and bathroom were both spacious and perfectly adequate, with a small living area and sofas. A wide variety of amenities were also available. The only two minor issues were the air conditioning system's lack of cooling and low airflow, and the lack of a small shelf in the bathroom's shower area for shampoo, shower gel, and other toiletries. (Amenities are provided on the wall.)

I recommend choosing a room with breakfast included. The subway station is about a 10-minute walk away. It's a bit noisy near the road. It's very convenient to get a taxi to the exhibition hall.

Truly unbeatable location - within walking distance to the Karakoy tram stop and the Karakoy ferry stop. This hotel is absolutely stunning, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, and the view of the area is perfect - bring earplugs! If you are staying in Ortakoy you should expect lots of people and noise but if you know that in advance you should be good! Nice staff and receptionists. Our spacious room had a nice balcony. But Ortakoy is not a good area to stay in due to the traffic at night, all taxi’s refuse to deliver u there or ask for high prices.

A nice boutique hotel that offers excellent service throughout your visit. All the rooms we had (3) were super spacious and clean + offered comfortable beds and all were equipped with a minibar and a coffee maker. Great location near Galata Tower, though a bit hard to find at first. The area is quite noisy, and the walls and doors are thin, so sounds from other rooms and the corridor can be heard. This is one of the best aparthotels I stayed in. It is very close to Takshim square and has a cozy vibe. We stayed in the Family suite and it has very spacious. It had a balcony offering perfect space to unwind and relax. The best part about the hotel is the hospitality and its Manager, Veli. He is very polite and kind and always ready to help. The pool was unavailable. And although I had booked a 30 sq m room, I was told that they generally only have one room size. Otherwise everything was great, but I still paid more for the room and didn't get what I booked.

It’s closer to all the attractions in Sultanahmet area. The staff waited till 3 AM to check us in after our flight was delayed by 3 hours. The booked room wasn’t available but they gave an additional room for us to compensate. The rooms are good and no complaints. The breakfast options are enough for us bachelors. The staff helped booking for dinner cruise and airport taxis.

The reception was very welcoming and fast. Happy that I was upgraded to a suite. My request for a jug kettle and supply of tea and coffee was entertained. My room was spacious, facing the street, the bed comfortable and the shower was new with good hot and cold water pressure. The breakfast spread was good to start the day with the lady and her daughter in attendance to your needs.

The location is great. World heritage sites are within walking distance. Trams and subways are also nearby. Convenience store is also nearby. However, tall people should avoid living in the attic. I hit my head.

We spent three days here, and it's a convenient base for exploring various sightseeing spots. The area boasts excellent restaurants that stay open until 3am. The rooms and service are top-notch, and Tamara being very friendly throughout. I enthusiastically endorse this place to both family and friends.

The room had good natural light, but you need to bring your own clothes rack. The chairs in the room had obvious stains, the bathroom had no exhaust fan, and the toilet had a noticeable odor.
