Puffin Suites in Istanbul

Location is perfect, near all the restaurants and bars. There was a really nice breakfast street right under the hotel.

Internet worked very well, no issues.

10 minute walk to the pier and 15 minute walk to Dolmabahce Palace.

24 hour service was good because there was always someone in the reception. They even answered phone calls late at night when I was trying to find a hotel after the hotel I booked previously cancelled on me.

The room had a balcony.

I would recommend.

Across the Bosphorus (literally 5mins away), the hostel is just the place you might be looking for. The host is amazing, full of warmth and extremely hospitable. The street has very good food options for filling breakfast. Highly recommended. 15/10

We had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything—just a short walk from bars, restaurants, and all public transportation (about 5 minutes). It made exploring the city so convenient.
Alp has been an exceptional host, always attentive and ensuring I had a wonderful experience. Knowing that I’m pregnant, he went out of his way to make my stay comfortable by offering me a room on the first floor, sparing me the hassle of climbing stairs. His thoughtfulness and care truly made a difference in my stay.

The people are respectful and service on-time they check if you need to clean your room. But the problem is in the christmas days I reserved standard private room for 9 nights which is big room 500 lira turkish the small room is 400 lira turkish. When someone reserved the big room before I came they told me you should move so I moved to the small room with the same price. I told them that was not your right. They said to me firstly there was not change in fees. After that, they told me we took our account for standard room(small, big) it was the same price !. 😂. The last day after our human's life have finished we can all take our rights. So I ask for allah to give my right. I hate injustice. To brief, please don't reserve for long nights and check which rooms should be moved to them. Also, the room in the left outlooks the pub which made a noise for four hours from 8 O'clock to 12 O'clock. I had exams I could not concentrate. The area is great you have sok market for fruit and vegatables, Bank, Migros supermarket you buy what you need it's an active area you can pray in the Camii is very close. The restaurants and caffees are in everywhere for TADI(home-made food 28 to 34 turkish lira),
Please don't eat from the restaurant, in front of the hotel, they tried to take money by giving water putting cheese so it's tricky way.
There were fishes restaurants and very close to the hotel 2 min walking away.

Wonderful manager and very good location. It can be noisy sometimes but but it’s typical for Besiktas, lively, full of cafe and bar area. Will be coming back again
