Shady business! Beware!
Made a reservation via Booking, they confirmed it, the next day they sent me a message on Whatsapp telling me that I need to update my card information and that my card is not valid and I need to reply to them on Whatsapp, which is a joke considering the fact that the same day I did 4 reservations (3 for Istanbul and 1 for Izmir) and no hotel found my card information wrong only them (more so as they already confirmed my reservation beforehand). Even shadier is the fact that they state 'only cash payment accepted' on Booking, so why would they need my credit card information anyway!? The phone number that contacted me on Whatsapp is the same number as they have listed on Booking!
This is the cheapest reservation I did for Istanbul, and only for 1 night, as I needed a place to be relatively close to the metro to get back to the airport, but the small price also comes with risks I can see! There's plenty of other hotels in Istanbul. Nothing lost here.

I did not do 4 reservation for the same date, but I made 4 reservation in a single day for certain hotels on which I plan to be staying (different areas of Istanbul across multiple days) + Izmir, and the only hotel which had issues with the credit I provided for all the hotels I have booked and stayed until now, is yours. You sent a message to me on Whatsapp, asking me there to provide you information, and not on Booking which is the official channel for exchange of such sensitive data. The screenshots I took will be proof of my statements. No message on Booking.
Also, no pre-authorization appears in my Revolut account from you, so I wonder how you verified that my card is invalid.

I recently stayed there and had a great experience. The service was exceptional and staff was the most helpful I have come across. I have a bad leg and they helped me everything going out of their way. They even helped me carry my luggage to the taxi across the street. They gave me a souvenir to keep when I was leaving. That was very thoughtful. Would love to stay there again if I don't trouble them much.

I was standing one week in this hotel. So I can recommend it 😎😁 hotel service was good and administrators always provided me with all necessary information fast and clear. It's located in the centre of Istanbul (Besiktas ).
By the way you can always have a good breakfast near the hotel.
For our company, it was important to get a good transfer from airport, so it's also the plus.
We even used a laundry to clean our cloth, it was free.
During 1 month I was planning my trip with company and I was in touch with administrators of this hotel so I can clearly confirm that we made a good deal together without misunderstanding ✌️
By the way you can always have a good breakfast near the hotel.

The folks at the reception were very hospitable. The hotel is at a great location too - very safe and streets are lively even late in the night.

You feel home. Rooms on level1 have kitchenette. Rooms on level 2 have small balconies.
Rooftop café is closed, but lots of great options in the street.
They can help you through WhatsApp at any time, it's like have a personal online butler.
And they let me checkout late after a night of partying.

Location is perfect, near all the restaurants and bars. There was a really nice breakfast street right under the hotel.
Internet worked very well, no issues.
10 minute walk to the pier and 15 minute walk to Dolmabahce Palace.
24 hour service was good because there was always someone in the reception. They even answered phone calls late at night when I was trying to find a hotel after the hotel I booked previously cancelled on me.
The room had a balcony.
I would recommend.

Across the Bosphorus (literally 5mins away), the hostel is just the place you might be looking for. The host is amazing, full of warmth and extremely hospitable. The street has very good food options for filling breakfast. Highly recommended. 15/10

We had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything—just a short walk from bars, restaurants, and all public transportation (about 5 minutes). It made exploring the city so convenient.
Alp has been an exceptional host, always attentive and ensuring I had a wonderful experience. Knowing that I’m pregnant, he went out of his way to make my stay comfortable by offering me a room on the first floor, sparing me the hassle of climbing stairs. His thoughtfulness and care truly made a difference in my stay.
