Close to tram line (Beyazit Kapali Carsi) but also on a back street so quiet at night. Great location for exploring all the tourist attractions. Perfect for a few nights away. Had everything we needed. Bottles of water provided each day, room had a mini fridge and safe (free to use). Reception staff were helpful and kind. Room was a little small but clean and comfy. Would stay here again

This is our third time staying at this hotel, excellent location, very hospitable staff, ready to help and solve any of your problems, a tram stop is 2 minutes away, poor soundproofing, the room has everything you need: hair dryer, air conditioning, tea, coffee, water, refrigerator, you can also order food and drinks to your room using a QR code. I recommend it!

I liked the location of the hotel. Not far from the tram stop. We moved here from another hotel, this one was much more comfortable

Bad experience in this hotel, we booked a room with two beds, when we arrived late in the evening they told us your room is with a single bed in the basement. Despite our booking confirmation mentioning two single beds, they refused to give us our room and forced us to pay 50€ more to have our room. The manager at the reception was very unpleasant and refused at the time of departure to give me an invoice in person under the pretext that he will send it to me by email. He finally sent me an invoice written in Turkish (price in lira) while we paid in euros and asked for an invoice in English so that we could understand. The manager's response No, this is Turkey and we speak Turkish. It's absurd to treat your customers like that. A very bad experience, not to mention that they wanted to charge us 30€ for a small coffee stain on the sheet under the pretext that the stain does not come out in the wash. We refused to pay and asked to wash the sheets ourselves. Imagine you're on vacation and they put you through all this, they managed to ruin our stay. We were scared and didn't know what they were capable of. I strongly advise against this establishment.

It is economic and it is about 10 minutes walk from the blue mosque. You have the metro stop çemberlitas about 3 minutes. Don't skimp on heating. Nice. The room is small but comfortable. Ideal if what you want is to spend the day outside and only go back to sleep.

Been here in February 2020 and definitely satisfied!

Nice, cozy, cheap and ideally located if you want to be near the best places of Istanbul. A 3 minutes walk will get you to the nearest tram station, facilitating accesibility to other parts of the city. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. They will help you get around and get things planned for you whenever you wish to.

For those travelling for business this is the best hotel you could get.

Do not expect big rooms or equipmemts from a 3 stars hotel. If you want to enjoy those then you better book bigger named hotels.
