My friends and I had a breakfast on rooftop, view is amazing, really authentic terrace with great vibe! Food was great and value for the money 1 breakfast serves definitely more than 3 people here! Highly recommended! Nur And Shabaz are so polite, kind and helpful with great attitude and smile all the time , Nur danced with me and I had great time at this place !

I came for the first time and frankly I was very satisfied, there were more beautiful places than I expected, the hotel I stayed in was close, which was an advantage for me, there were luxury rooms in the hotel, although it was an old hotel, I liked it, the breakfast was excellent, although it was an open buffet, they served me, Nur sister who took care of me, I was very pleased with her and at the same time, the prices of the hotel were very reasonable, thank you very much and I recommend it

The hotel is very centrally located and offers excellent value for money. The hotel facilities and the bookable breakfast buffet are good. However, the customer service is the best feature of the entire hotel. Melisa, in particular, is extremely friendly and very helpful. Non cooperative staff who was rrying to even ration ours water. It was not worth of the money i paid for. I will not stay there again.

Really great location, the room is small but very cozy and the breakfast is really yummy, typical Turkish breakfast, would recommend!

We stayed for 8 nights and very happy with our choice. The room is small but functional, good air conditioning and love the walk in shower. The location is excellent, close walk to attractions. Breakfast delicious, a good selection of food from different cultures.

Great location, good service and amazing breakfast! The restaurant is great value for its price and food is simply delicious. Restaurant service is also very relaxing and friendly.

I came in December so it was fairly quiet, but if you come in the warm months there will surely be a large crowd. The terrace upstairs offers good views around and a good place to meet people. Located very well right off the Sultanhamet Tram stop, and very convenient to get to almost anywhere in Istanbul. Offers cheap breakfast, cheap ride to airport, and nice rooms with heat/ac and warm water for shower. Wifi is average. Hosts are very helpful, and informative. Great place to stay, especially for backpackers.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Highly recommended – I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel with my father for 7 days. The location is impeccable. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the hippodrome and it was really worth it. The breakfast was also very good and varied and the view was just wonderful. But the best part of this hotel was its kind, professional and friendly staff. Everyone, from the ladies who prepared breakfast, to the house keepers, to the receptionists, were all extremely warm and friendly. Mr. Mesut, the manager was incredibly helpful and gave us a lot of good guidance on what to do and see. He was really polite, kind nad professional. I can't say enough about how welcome him and his team made us feel. Next time we are in Istanbul, we will do our best to book a room with them again. 5 stars.

small and nice hotel very central, easy to get around in every part of the city. the staff is polite and kind I was in Istanbul for work and a bit of vacation I managed to do both without problems. they recommended me a place not very touristy and very Turkish and I was able to play a bit.. thank

Very safe hotel , with a great location, i was very comfortable living in it because its beside a police station.
Negatives :
- elevator is too small , it can take 3 maximum without the bags
- breakfast is not varied, repeated , everyday the same food, with a very very small changes
- food is too expensive, i bought a Sandwich for 600TL

What can I say about this hotel, pure hospitality and a must stay when your in Istanbul. Take it from me the service is special especially Mehmut and Sena who always greet you and take care of you whenever you need. Sena especially well done! The breakfast is fresh whenever you need no matter what time you get up. If you need a top up a fresh portion it will be made for you.
