I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. I especially want to thank [rami and Jesus], who went above and beyond to assist us with our requests. Their warm hospitality and professionalism truly made our experience memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay!

Our stay was extremely welcoming and relaxing. The hotel staff were completely friendly and always smiling! The person at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful at every moment! The hotel is very close to the bazaars and Hagia Sophia!

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not very satisfactory. The air conditioning was very old and did not work properly. The room was smaller and in worse condition than shown in the photos. Both the room and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the room felt neglected overall. Breakfast was acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement. On a positive note, the staff were very helpful and the hotel is conveniently located close to the city center. However, the neighborhood is quite dirty, though this seems to reflect Istanbul in general.

INHABITABLE PROPERTY!!!
We checked in on 2nd August at 3pm. There was no electricity in the hotel. The manager promised that it will come in 1 hour. Then 1 hour turned to two and after sun set the hotel was in pitch darkness. It was hot as there was no AC. The manager ran away and the reception staff refused to connect us to him. My daughter fell in the stair well injuring her ankle as it was completely dark. At night I had to take my family and had to book in a neighboring hotel. The rooms are extremely small and there is only space for one person to walk around the beds in the room. The property is dirty. It is not even a 1 star hotel.
It looks like scammers are running the hotel. Not sure how they are allowed to operate in booking.com
NO ELECTRICITY- the hotel is having power outages. There was no electricity from our time of check in till mid night at which point we had to book another hotel. The manager was rude and refused to refund of offer any help.
NO AIR-CONDITIONER- it was hot and the property was inhabitable.
Small rooms with hardly space to walk around.
Dirty common areas.
No lift so had to carry all luggage to room.
This looks like a scam. They are using booking.com to lure the guests when there are issue with the property. The property should Ben taken off the market. We have informed the tourist police and hope they take actions as these kind of people are bringing bad repute to Turkey.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit-they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and even arranged taxis to various locations, which made getting around so much easier. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and great quality. Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was a big plus for me. Overall, a very pleasant experience-I’d definitely stay here again!
