I stayed at Hotel rawda in Bakırköy, Istanbul, for 10 days, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel is super clean, very calm, and has such a warm atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help, and the manager Sevilay is simply amazing—she really knows how to make the place special and take care of every detail.

Everyone there is so kind, professional, and respectful; they know how to communicate well and handle anything with a smile. I felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel—honestly, not just 100%, but 1000%! If you are looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-managed place to stay in Istanbul, Rauda is the perfect choice.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel looked really different from the photos on Booking.com , the room had no window and no air conditioning, even though both were shown online. The room was also hot, stuffy, and not clean, with stains on the bedsheets and broken parts around the room.

When I reported the issues, the staff did nothing to improve them and simply told me to complain to Booking.com or sleep with my door open if I feel too hot!

They are definitely not a 4 star hotel, barely a 2 star hotel. Please reconsider when booking with them! If you don’t want to ended up like me wasting money!

The good bits. The location was good as close to Bakirköy station plus local cafés etc. Friendly reception staff.

The bad bits. The room was an extremely small single room. No storage for clothing etc. Window boarded over. Very poor cleanliness especially corners of the room and the bathroom. The shower itself was fine but the entire bathroom floor flooded.

So overall not a place I would recommend.

I stayed here for a week while I visited Istanbul for the first time. I had a wonderful stay, the hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The location was great, we were close to everything, shopping, food and taxis when we needed. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy spot for your stay. Thank you!

Good hospitality, clean and quiet environment
Thad a good time and I stayed for two nights. The man at the reception is very open and smiling. The rooms are noiseless and clean. I would recommend you to stay when you come to Istanbul.

Nice hotel. Has everything you need. Room was nice with small issues, like not fully secured light switcher or wall lamp. I had a very small room. In it shower and toilet was a same place. Shower over the toilet. Water was all over bathroom floor, it didn't go. This was biggest inconvenience. Coz floor was always wet and nothing with what to at least sweep it. But in general no problem. Friendly and helpful stuff.

And the Mall very close to the center of bakırköy. Parking is a problem, but they're doing jack with it also. The General Staff's approach is good. Preferable to a hotel.

Excellent location, nice rooms, very good breakfast. The staff at the reception was really helpful, especially Miss. Gozde and Mr. Mert. Higly reccomend the service, staff and hotel.

The place looks expensive and gorgeous. The rooms are clean, the stuff really polite and helpful. It is also a great location for anything you need, from food to train or bus. I would always come back there.

Beautiful hotel, charming guests and exquisite food. The only issue is that it doesn't have many rooms so if you need to stay longer or your figlth arrives early, you have to wait for a room to be empty.
