Avrasya Port Hotel in Istanbul

Today at 1 am I was standing outside of the entrance of this hotel, on the pedestrian walk, trying to catch an uber, but my 3g connection was really slow. I asked an employee of the hotel if I could have the wifi password but he said "only customers", I said OK.
After a couple of minutes, he asked me to leave the pedestrian walk outside of the hotel, I said that it was a public place and I was calling an Uber in that exact location, I had no reason to leave that place, but since he complained that much I moved 2 meters away.
I stayed there for another 15 minutes trying to catch an uber and suddenly I found myself surrounded by 5 Turkish policemen, they searched my backpack, my pocket, my body and treated me like a criminal and I think then they asked me to go home, of course, they didn't speak English but somehow I think that they realized that this employee of the hotel called the police for nothing and ruined the night to a tourist that wasn't doing anything bad. People at this hotel are the opposite of the typical Turkish hospitality and they are cancer for tourism in this city, I'm looking for a way to do a formal complaint because I really can't accept what is appended to me last night because of that hotel.

The only thing I would recommend this hotel for is the position, otherwise everything is bad. The room is disgusting, the room very dirty, if you leave the window open comes a very bad smell and you risk the rat coming over you. I recommend you not to go to breakfast, I saw with my own eyes how they took the food from the plate left by other people and put it over the other from the kitchen.
Receptionists are ok, you get along with them, wi-fi is good, the position is excellent near the parking lot and close to the bazaar, but they must necessarily work on cleaning.

Rooms are very small with no features and bad towels, phone not working i recommend it only in necessary time only

Don’t ever think about staying at this hotel due to matters that can be resolved in the morning , the staff came to my room at 12:40am , and they just walk in your room when ever they want , they are soo rude and have no respect i feel unsafe leaving my belongs in the room because they walk in whenever they want , They demand to take my passport and everyones that comes to visit , they are soo unprofessional i absolutely don’t recommend it .
