Apart from these nothing is good, the chef needs to be replaced very bad and same breakfast daily, one liter water on your arrival day only, after that you have to purchase, no refill of coffee tea or sugar daily, only one time in your entire stay, take it for a day or month, they will provide everything once only in your entire stay, no brushes no toothpaste.
The room was way too small and dirty. The staff didn't even say good morning or evening. It's a waste of money.

One of the my cousin is handicapped he can’t see an walk , they after me and my wife tried to go and visit them in the room, the hotel manager didn’t allow us to go visit them
He was absolutely disaster and abnormal person and lots of bad things my relatives were complaining……….
Rooms were so clean and the breakfast area has a panaromic view.
But the variety of breakfast food was not good enough.
The location of the hotel is so good.
Generally i was satisfied with the hotel and attitude of the staff.
Location is very good because taksim square is near so you have metro, bus and everything is close to you.
Only the food was good, so better look for another place :)
